Karl Popper considered that there is a world of products of human activity, besides the physical world and the mind World. He called them World 1, World 2 and World 3 respectively, and based on these, Popper developed his three worlds theory. The theory is meaningful, but need to be revised in the vision of information era.The realm of Popper's world 3 should be remapped. The main family members are the encoded texts. There are two kinds of texts: the timeliness one and the timelessness one. The computer programs belong to the later, which make the world 3 dynamic by the aid of computer and information technology. It was unsuitable for Popper to include many artificial physical products to the world 1. To the author's view, currently, the information carrier, computer, network, and information processing technology are all the members of the World 1.It can be shown with careful analyze, that with the help of computer, the world 3 can duplicate its self and recreate new world 3 even void of human's intervene. Meanwhile, the computer and information processing technology make the world 3 interact with world 1 directly, then both the cyberspace and virtual reality are the results of this interaction. It can be considered that the interaction is supplement and extension to human creative ability. As an inference of the direct interaction of world 3 with world 1, the Popper's linear model of three worlds interaction must be modified into a cycle one.
