The Study On Establishment Of Strain Evaluation System And Susceptivity Of Mental Workers

Mental workers were chronically stressful owing to coping with stressful work and lives, intensive competition and complex interpersonal relationship, specificity and unrepetitiveness and creativity of mental labor. Because of the huge difference of labor organization, work environment and work style, stress prevention were limited in applying the methods and strategies of physical labor to assess occupational stressor and strain of mental worker.The individual variation of stain were not completely explained with only environmental factors in mechanisms of strain. In recent years, twin study futher showed that genetic variation played a very important role in individual differences of strain,but not completely explained the reason of the mechanism of individual difference. Meanwhile it was difficult to put results into practic because of modeling environmental agents and inquantitative of stressors.To establish the assessment system of stressor and strain on mental worker and study the mechanisms of genetic susceptibility with quantitive stressors and Structural Equation Model(SEM), then assess strain of teachers in primary and middile schools. 200 hans were sampled for studying quantitive trait of strain on individual differences with the strategy of case-only study and behavior genetics. Then the interaction of gene-gene and gene-environment was studied by mathematic model for completely explaining the mechanism of individual difference and screening high risk persons and proposing effective preventive measures.
