Being in the late period of modern Chinese, Ming and Qing Period is an important stage for Modern Chinese transition into Contemporary Chinese. In this period, Chinese Auxiliary Word system got full development and presented distinctive features. By studying Auxiliary Words of three books of' Jinpingmei Cihua', 'Xingshi Yinyuan Zhuan ', 'LiaozhaiLiqu',which were written on the basis of Shandong Dialect in Ming and Qing Period, this article sorts out six types of Auxiliary Word, Structure Auxiliary Word, Dynamic Auxiliary Word, State Auxiliary Word, Modal Auxiliary Word, Comparative Auxiliary Word, Approximate Number Auxiliary Word as studying object, and make relatively systematic research about the development and evolution of the Auxiliary Word of Shandong in Ming and Qing Period.Main part of this thesis consists of eight parts:Introductions part gives some introductions to the present research situations of Auxiliary Word, the significance, material, method, basic train of the thoughts of studying the Auxiliary Word of Shandong Dialect in Ming and Qing Period, and gives some introductions to some style examples of writing this article.By making comprehensive description and analysis of the form and tone, syntax function, grammar position evolution of the Structure Auxiliary Word, 'Di', 'Di', 'De', the first chapter gets the conclusion that the key points of the development and evolution of these three structure Auxiliary Word in Ming and Qing Period lies on the phonetic slightness, the word form change, and the enrichment of grammar function.The second chapter makes description and analysis of the Dynamic Auxiliary Word 'Zhe', 'Le', 'Guo', 'Jiang' from the point of view of syntax and semantic. It gives introductions of the features of these dynamic auxiliary words and points out that 'Zhe', 'Le', 'Guo' become typical among the same kind Dynamic Auxiliary Word.The third chapter gives description and analysis of the State Auxiliary Word 'Le', 'Lai', and makes a summary that 'Le' becomes typical word of the State Auxiliary Word since its grammar function tends to reach perfection while 'Lai' is still in the transition process of the grammar sign which symbolize the past.By making comprehensive description and analysis of Modal Auxiliary Word 'Me',...
