Buluotuo is the most well known folk religious lection of Zhuang ethnic group. It took a very long process to turn out its present form from oral imparting form to written record. Therefore it accumulates much language and culture information about different historical periods, different regions, different dialects/patois. This paper is a language and culture research on Buluotuo lection.This paper consists of 7 parts:Foreword: Introduction about Buluotuo religious lection: It's regarded an encyclopedia of the Zhuang ethnic group's primitive culture and has the value and significance of studying on Zhuang ethnic group's culture and history; Present Research situation of Buluotuo lection; the distinct of the analysis from language and culture angle; theories, methods and language material resource used in this paper.Chapter 1: the basicsurvey of transcripts included in "Translates Note after Buluotuo religious lection Photographic printing"; ages and contents of Each transcript; age-upperlimited research of Transcripts.Chapter 2: characters of Buluotuo religious lection: nature, origin, classification of these characters; the rule of these characters borrow the Chinese character to table sound, and point out that characters of Buluotuo lection is not a product of a same period. They reflect the difference between Zhuang dialects and the spread and distribution of Chinese dialects in Guangxi during different periods; the similarities and differences between characters of Buluotuo lection, Chinese variant characters, dialect characters, and other imitate-Chinese characters beyond the border. After comparative research, it's pointed out that the similarity and the homogeneity of all these character is not only the topicalities invitation but also the cultural dissemination result.Chapter 3: The glossary of Buluotuo lection. Many words, related religious, production and daily life, have preserved in Buluotuo lection, to analyze its ancient words, culture words, dialect words, classifier characteristic and mimic words.Chapter 4: Special grammar phenomenon of Buluotuo lection. the grammars were analyzed through syntax, semantics and pragmatics.Compared with the modern Zhuang spoken language, it shows that some sentences of Buluotuo lection have verified certain history of grammaticalization. Buluotuo lection has the function to amusement god and person, therefore it owns the ambiguity of be serious and relaxed. It's valuable to analysis its pragmatics.Chapter 5: the culture features of Buluotuo lection. Although Buluotuo lection is not the historical literature in traditional significance, it provides a native viewpoint for us to inspect the social and culture of Zhuang ethnic group. With the "historical memory" theory to analyze Buluotuo lection, it's not difficult to discover that behind its religious language, the lection has recorded the historical culture vicissitude process, containing Zhuang ethnic group's spiritual essence. Chapter 6: Summarization: regarding the religious lection as an important literature on study the Zhuang ethnic group's language and cultural, separated out the lasted factors from the whole lection, touched some fields which talked ambiguously or never be mentioned in previous studies, Our research showed language and culture meaning of Buluotuo lection.
