Study On The Cultural Strategy Of Technical Innovation

Based on the related research results home and abroad , this paper analyses the implication,the characteristic property, the mode of the enterprise technical innovation and cultural, -analyses the theories of the culture and the culture changes ,etc. and suggests that the theoretical conformation of the enterprise technical innovation and the culture, as well as the new concept of the enterprise technical innovation culture.Technical innovation culture is people's whole set of common value that forming in the hot pursuit ofthe technical innovation culture.The value can arouse the people's initiative, potential, innovative thought and can makepeople take the concerted action, answer nimbly the complex-surroundings inside and outside ,so as to give an impetus to technical innovation commercial value's realization. Technical innovation culture is the result of the interaction between technical innovation and culture:technical innovation constructs new culture through physical products,system structures, behavior patterns,values and enterprise's spirits on the one hand,the new culture guides technical innovation on the other hand. Technical innovation culture is the result of that technical innovation and culture evolves together. Technical innovation can be constructed by the culture,and constructs new culture at the same time. The process of the technical innovation is one kind of the process of culture construction essentially.Technical innovation culture strategy is a kind of fundamental, long-term, overall plan concerning technical innovation and culture inter-constructions.It pursues three goals that are survival philosophy, efficiency idea, people oriented.
