Research On Theater Development Strategy Under The Background Of Cultural Digitalization

In 2021,the national "14th Five-Year Plan" proposed that the current development should focus on the development of digital technology and the deepening integration of the real economy,strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure,improving the governance system of the digital economy,and promoting digital industrialization in coordination and industrial digitization.As an important carrier of cultural and artistic performance,dissemination and promotion,theaters are also facing new changes and innovations in the wave of digitalization,and undertake the mission of the times for the integration and development of culture and digital technology.Based on the current era of "culture + technology",relying on the theoretical model and research framework of strategic management,by using research methods such as literature research,case analysis,comparative analysis and qualitative research,this paper first systematically sorts out the historical evolution of theater digital development.Secondly,the endogenous driving force and industry development trend of theaters in the process of digital development of theaters at this stage,the traditional viewing habits of the industry and new digital experience consumption,theater technical operations and feasible profit models,as well as theaters' online and offline coordinated development.The problems and challenges were analyzed and described in depth,and then combined with the current reality of theater development,exploratively proposed differentiated,diversified,blue ocean,and vertical and horizontal integration of strategic transformation strategies and related guarantee mechanisms,aiming to continue the digital transformation of theaters.Provide an effective and feasible development path.
