| According to statistics, the scale of higher education in china has jumped to the first place of the world in 2006, which followed with a series of contradictions, such as varying degrees of disorder in higher education of art, resources wasting and the collision of training model with the market demand.Although the educational policy in china has put emphasis on aesthetic, moral, intellectual, and physical balance, the aesthetic education haven't been discussed in special yet according to my reference to educational research monographs and educational textbooks.Mr. Teng Shou Yao, who's working as a part-time professor of the Art department in Peking university, acclaimed in 1997 that it isn't a sound education without art cultivation. Higher art education is neither a kind of professional education nor a sort of professional skill or technique education. That's to say, art education which acts as the backbone of humane education is doomed to a kind of cultivation for all students.In order to enrich management theory of higher education, I combined my teaching and researching experience in advanced art educates special field, according to Maix's "all-round development" concept and management theory of higher education. I proposed "the research of the personnel training pattern of advanced art educates" by adopting scientific thinking model of education and in the prospective of higher art education, humanities education and professional art education.In higher art education training mode, the "people" includes educators and learners. The latter includes professional art learners and learners of all colleges and universities. Taking the arts education in five thousand years history of human civilization as the starting point of the study, the author analysed the possibility of higher art education training model in theory, explored its "prototype" and "modified type", seized the art education training mode system-level relationships and the relationship between the various elements, explored the art education's production and development process in Ancient and Modern Times in China and Foreign Countries in the beginning time of its production, cleared the model construction rules:art education can be divided into two categories:professional arts education training model and general arts training model. According to their different goals, it also can be divided into four categories:Professional art education, vocational arts education, teachers'art education and general art education. Based on the theories of epistemology teaching and curriculum, author proposed 18 kinds of arts education training models, aiming at building a good general arts training model.In order to construct higher arts education training model with unique value, based on present four kinds of higher arts education training models, author thoroughly analyzed higher arts education training system of our country, including the idea of running school, the establish of colleges, teacher team and the design of curriculum, etc.. Author especially pointed out that making higher arts education training model for popular people was accepted by our country, and needed to be constructed seriously.The author analyzed the affects higher arts education training model on personal value orientation. According to the Standards of Aesthetic Values, the speciality of higher arts education was analyzed, and the unfavorable factors of higher arts education on talent cultivation and social development also were analyzed. It was concluded that higher arts education training model should affect personal development for whole life, and enable everyone make much more contributions to society. Thus it becomes a science that everyone looks forward to learning. Only in this way, can higher arts education realize its perfect value for personnel training, social civilization heritage.The paper was divided into six chapters. Chapter One, the main account of research base, research framework and a review of existing researches; chapter two, Chinese and foreign art education emergence and development, the formation of personnel training mode of professional art education and general art education in the various collisions; chapter three and chapter four, specific analysis and case studies on the various forms of higher arts education training mode; chapter five, value orientation analysis of model building; chapter six, strategies of building higher arts education training model, according to education policy, educational philosophy, curriculum and teacher professional development.There are four points of innovation in this papers. First, it is the first time to study the training mode from the perspective of higher art education and there aren't precedent at home and abroad at present, so, this study has a research and promotion value. Second, this paper made a systematic analysis to both ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign arts education's history of produce and development. Choosing a large number of materials of ancient and modern art education's emergence and development, comparative analyzing and extracting 2 categories,4 kinds and 18 items high art training model, this paper provided a example and thought for higher arts education innovation training model. Third, through studying typical cases of Chinese and foreign art education, according to the current status of arts education in China, and nurturing the requirements of comprehensive development of human resources, this study points that we need to strengthen arts education in college training model and vocational arts training model, which has practical guiding meanings. Fourth, this paper point that reforming and development of higher arts education should be based on fitting to the development of human and can promote social progress and civilization just based on the study and discus from Training Mode Individualism and community-based values. After learning foreign advanced experience of personnel training of arts education, we think that should emphasize the comprehensive development of the individual, adjustment to the community demand for higher arts education and build a beneficial all-round development and social progress of high art training model. In short, there are some innovations in theory. |
