Studies on Europeanization constructions in Modern chinese have been concerned universally in recent years, but some of them fail to be concerned. The dissertation focuses on the constructions which are ignored in the academic world. It uses 17.8 million words linguistic data from different speech registers to descript and analyze with a qualitative and quantitative methods from synchronic and diachronic perspectives. The dissertation consists of five chapters.Chapter One gives an introduction to some basic concepts, the background of selecting the topic, the value of the study, the review of the history and present conditions of the study of Europeanization constructions.Chapter Two is a research on Europeanization compound clause. It is made up of three specific forms. The first is a study on "Jiashe" and "tiaojian" compound clause. Its form is used "Jiang" to mark the future tense, which is distributed widely in news styles. The second is a study on the anaphora of personal pronoun in a main clause of Compound Clause. The third is a study on the backward conjunction in Compound Clause. The overall characteristics of Europeanization compound clause are addition of the markers. The outstanding characteristic of the constructions in Specific Form Two and Three is that there is an increase of use frequency in Spoken Chinese, which shows clearly that Europeanization has broken through the Written Chinese, and developed in Spoken Chinese.Chapter Three is a research on Europeanization of "Yi+ classifier". It has formed into "Yi+ classifier+countable noun", "Yi+classifier+abstract noun", "Yi+classifier+ver/adjective" and "Yi+classifier+complex phrases", which are on the basis of "Yi+ classifier" in traditional Chinese. The dissertation investiges their Europeanization development course.Chapter Four is a research on Europeanization of "Pronoun+de", Which develops into "Pd+Zirentong noun", "Pd+ untransferred noun", "Pd+verb/adjective". "Pd+Zirentong noun" is redundant totally for Chinese language, thus it is on the decline. "Pd+ verb/adjective" may make information focus striking and foreground, and conforms to the Economical Principle of Language. The subsequent two constructions increase gradually in quantity.Chapter Five is epilogue. sums up the main contents and the basic viewpoints of the dissertation. On the basis of the main contents, it presents the basic viewpoints of development trend, restricting factors, useness and norms, value in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.This dissertation considers that Chinese Europeanization current is different from that in the May 4th Period. First, contact means of Chinese and English develops from only indirect one to direct and indirect ones. Second, contact ways were written Chinese in the past, but today they are mainly written Chinese, and adds oral communication, bilingual acquisition. Third, Europeanization constructions form from only exist in written Chinese to striding into the Spoken Chinese.This dissertation change the methods that only concerned written Chinese in the past, and study both spoken and written Chinese. It pays attention to combining Internal and external research, and puts the accent on explaining the external restrict factors of Europeanization constructions. It puts forward some viewpoints in the course of the study on the Europeanization constructions neglected by the academic world.In this dissertation, the relevant conclusions not only richen and deepen the history of Chinese grammar and rhetoric, but also have certain referential value for teaching Chinese as a second language.
