Research On Knowledge Management System For Defense Intelligence

At the advent of knowledge-economy era, the development of defense science technology information systems also tends to consider knowledge as the core direction of intelligence. Knowledge is the product of national defense science and technology intelligence information, and it is not simply equated with data or information, but combination of self-evolution of intelligence capability. It requires a certain degree of processing of raw intelligence to form intelligence unit which can flow in the Defense Information more easily. So it is needed that the Defense Information Systems transfers the simple information into knowledge and take effective management of knowledge, to meet the Defense Information Systems knowledge management needs.Because of the complexity, implication and privacy of the Defense Information System's knowledge, the current domestic and foreign scholars, from different angles, do Studies on Integration of open sharing of knowledge management and the privacy of National Defense Science and Technology Information Management. How to establish a system to guide the national defense science and technology information knowledge management and practice needs further study.Taking the existing problems of knowledge management in the Defense Information System as the main line, taking knowledge mechanism as the breakthrough Point, the thesis does deep research on the operation modern, which classifies the knowledge management according the knowledge state in the Defense Information System, establishes the operation modern of the knowledge based on knowledge effects and defense effectiveness, does case study based on Statistical Figures of typical Organization, judges the promotion effectiveness of the knowledge management in defense system, and evaluates the rationality and applicability of the knowledge management. I want to enrich the theory of knowledge management and national defense science and technology information management, and guide the practice of enterprise. The thesis includes the following contents:First of all, the thesis analyze the current study situation from three aspects as concept Analysis, theoretical integration and knowledge management stage model, and describes the research objectives, research ideas, methods and innovations.Secondly, taking the development history and current study of knowledge management in the Defense Information System, the thesis finds the existing problem, defines the direction and focus in the implementation of knowledge management, in Defense Information System, and conducts a feasibility study of knowledge management. Under the foundation of review lots of documents, the thesis defines the meaning and characteristics of knowledge. Taking the features of knowledge management as a clue, the thesis does research on the characteristics of the knowledge of national defense science and technology information, the advantages to operate knowledge management in National Defense Science and Technology Information Management, on the basis of which supposes the growth model of knowledge unit and knowledge community, investigates the principle and influencing factors of knowledge increase during the operation course of knowledge chain, proposes knowledge Circle to explain the knowledge Cooperation, reduces the time dimension of knowledge creatively, and considers the time stamp model as the foundation of integration of technology roadmap and knowledge management.Thirdly, after the theory research, the thesis starts to design the knowledge management system. Chapter 4 plans the knowledge management systems from the macro point, proposes the general objectives, principles and processes of knowledge management system establishment, which is divided into seven sub-systems in accordance with the state of knowledge the National Defense Science and Technology Information Management in Chapter 3, rationalizes the relationship of subsystems. Chapter 5 will have a detailed design on sub-systems of knowledge management, does structural analysis and process reengineering, establishes several models based on knowledge map, ant colony algorithm, wave-particle duality, Markov, space field theory, does empirical studies, and investigates the multiple modes and their achievement principles.Finally, this paper finds the merits and shortcomings, and building a follow-up further thought in the establishment of the knowledge management system.
