In the 20th century of human history ,one of the most significant events was Soviet Union as the world's first birth of a socialist state, development and decline. Since 1991, research on the Soviet Union's history from a different point of view and summing up the lessons of its success or failure becomes an important issue in academia. Research on legal education of the Soviet Union includes the underlying causes of its disintegration .See around corners, as the legal system, law and modern legal education turning into an indispensable element of Modern rule of law today, it will help the practice of Russian rule of law theory. Because of its extensive and in-depth with the social life of the link, science of law depends not only on their academic growth of the internal factors, but also depends on the political, economic, cultural and other factors. Soviet law as the world's first socialist state law had strong radiation from the date generated. It was a super model to the subsequent emergence of the socialist countries, also produced huge impact on the legal form of capitalist countries. Birth and growth environment of the Soviet legal education and its role in Soviet legal system, profoundly affected the development of law and legal system building of a large number socialist countries follow the Soviet Union after the October Revolution ,even their legal and political life political lives. As the Soviet Union's expansion of national influence in the world in the 20th century, its legal Education produced a wide impact. The new China adopted the Soviet model of legal education, trained a large number of legal education and judicial personnel practice, so that the new China Comparison of Legal Education established fully and rapidly in a short time. Although legal dogmatism, legal nihilism and other factors once existing in legal education in the Soviet Union had a negative impact, but it as a unique legal culture and its contribution to the world legal culture can not be ignored.A stable high-quality professional legal family group forming from legal professionals follows the rules and the pursuit of justice cultivated by legal education is a necessary condition leading to the rule of law. Legal person's professional quality and ethics represent fairness and justice, safeguard the dignity of the law, and maintain the public confidence in the rule of law. Today Russia's upholding "the rule of law" concept, re-examining legal education, concerning about the training of legal personnel no doubt has a positive significance to the practice of the national rule of law. Therefore, the establishment, maintaining and consolidation of the rule of law can not be separated with well-developed legal education. Research on the Soviet Union's legal education would contribute to further understanding of the Soviet Union's disintegration, not only help the process of rule of law in Russia today but also promote the reform of legal education in China, with grasping legal education's position and role in the Socio-historical process, to enhance the level of the rule of law in China .Articles include introduction, body, conclusion and appendices four parts, and its main contents are:Introduction, describes the thesis of the study and writing the original intention, expound the Soviet Union seven years' legal education practice from the law, education and historical perspective, try to further research on Soviet Law and its legal education.The first chapter, firstly brief outlines the background of the development of Russian culture and education on the basis of defining the concept of legal education and related.It introduces from the breeding of legal education of the feudal system and feudal system before the start, explore and comb the attitude and the measures taken to legal education in the Peter I's cultural reform and Catherine II's education reform.Peterâ… opened the Russian mind, countered and destroyed the barbaric in the brutal manner to lay a solid foundation for the development of Russian society. The fundamental problem of legal education can't be resolved by itself or the development of law itself. The Soviet Union can not achieve the rule of law because of its system. The fundamental problem of legal education is the reaction of the Soviet system trouble. The law as a means of social control, can not play its due role. The positive interaction can not be established between legal education and the rules of law .They all make legal education into trouble.Through reflections on legal education in the Soviet Union, this paper study in-depth the final theme of law and development, make law be the growing point of theoretical and institutional innovation in the transition, let people enjoy a sense of stability and happiness bringed by legal culture.
