The Model Of Legal Education Of The Soviet Union Influence On Legal Education In New China

After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, our country learned from the Soviet Union thoroughly, including transplanting its law educational model. Because of many kinds of reasons, it is unavoidable that we absorbed and referred to law educational model from the Soviet Union. The influence mainly exhibits in three aspects: the ideals and principles of law education, the educational system and construction of teachings The law educational model in the Soviet Union has dramatic influence on our law education. Under the new conditions, retrospection of experiences and lessons in this period has great significance in our law educational modernization. This thesis focuses on the influence of law educational model in the Soviet Union. There are five chapters in this thesis. In Chapter 1, it analyzes the law educational model and summarizes the characters of law educational model in the Soviet Union .In Chapter 2, it sets forth the reasons that we had to learn law educational model from the Soviet Union. In Chapter 3, it describes the concrete influences, which referred to law educational model from the Soviet Union. In Chapter 4, it discusses the pros and cons of influence of law educational model in the Soviet Union. In Chapter 5, it analyzes the expectation of Chinese law educational model.
