Geopolitical safety is the significant content researched in the internationalrelationship field; it is the important terms for the state's security and development, andthe main judgment to estimate one state's external behaviors. As the unique part of theCold War system, geopolitical safety status not only influenced on the implement ofstrategy of good-neighborliness and friendliness for China, but also concerned thesurrounding of geopolitical strategy to grow the Omni-bearing powerful country. If thecognition of surrounding was vaguely, deviation of the strategy would be generated forChina, diplomatic pressure was formed further. Thus, it was so important how to treatand analyze the geopolitical safety of China in the northeast Asia. Base on the researchpurpose, its influence factors was analyzed by the PCA (Principal Component Analysis).The paper was comprised of five parts:Part I: theory and frame of geopolitical security analysis from the basic theory ofsecurity study. Geopolitical safety was regarded as a realistic situation to influence offactor to step over the bound of nation and state on the domestic and diplomatic affairs,and the situation was not only the objective reality, but also cognized by the state andthe people. With globalization, the factors affecting the geopolitical security are nolonger limited to traditional security fields, non-traditional security fields, such aseconomic, energy, terrorism and other elements impact increasingly. Interpretationmodel of geopolitical security has changed; the original naturalistic mode andspace-power mode didn't apply to the development of modern times. Since the 1970s,structuralism has introduced into geopolitical areas research, interpretation model hasalso appeared in the geopolitical security.PartⅡ: methods of geopolitical security analysis. The impact of geopoliticalsecurity factors also gradually increased. Analysis of factors that influence thegeopolitical safety of China in the northeast Asia needs use analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Explaining the origin and development of AHP, the thesis posed basis of thehierarchical division. They are international system, northeast Asian region and Chinadomestic. On the basis of elaborated the relevant analytical methods, the thesisdiscussed the basis of AHP, and analyzed based principles and models of AHP.PartⅢ: analysis from the level of international system. According to the researchidea, theory discussing–quantitative assess–analysis of result, 2 factors were regardedas the point-cutting, namely economic, recourse and terrorism, 12 factors were regardedas the evaluating criterions, namely trade exports, trade imports, total amount of foreigncapital, foreign direct investment total net inflows, total imports and exports of goodsand services, total amount of international migrants, total net imports of energy, oil andtotal imports, China's GDP, GDP growth rate and the total unemployed population. And12 factors'dimensions was reduced by PCA, 3 main factors was extracted and analyzed,namely China's trade imports, total international migrants and oil of total imports, andthese were quantitative and visual by the charts, pictures or figures.PartⅣ:analysis from the level of the northeast Asian region. Based on the U.Sand its Alliance system in Northeast Asia, North Korean nuclear issue andSino-Japanese territorial dispute, 16 factors were regarded as the evaluating criterions,namely American GDP, steel production, military number and military spending, SouthKorea's GDP, steel production, military personnel, the number and military spending;North Korea's steel production, energy consumption, military number and militaryspending, Japan's GDP, steel production, the number of the soldiers-spending andmilitary, these factors'dimensions was reduced by PCA, and 3 main factors wasextracted and analyzed objectively, namely U.S. military spending, the number of NorthKorean soldiers and Japan's military spending.PartⅤ:analysis from the level of the China's domestic. Based on the Taiwanissue, running state of the domestic economic and social stability, 11 factors wereregarded as the evaluating criterions, namely steel production in Taiwan, the Taiwan'senergy consumption, the number of Taiwan's military personnel, military spending, thenet inflow of foreign direct investment, net transfer of resources from abroad, theagricultural added value, industrial added value, service and other value-added, total taxrevenue, unemployment total population and social crime, these factors'dimensions wasreduced by PCA, and 3 main factors was extracted and evaluated objectively, namelythe industrial added value, Taiwan's steel output and military. Discussion & Condussion: main components factors extracted from three partswere analyzed. Totally speaking, the integration of three levels was sketched thegeopolitical situation of China in the northeast Asia tentatively since the end of the ColdWar. The situation was not optimistic, the main factors would be influenced on thegeopolitical safety of China in the northeast Asia in long terms, and the influence wouldbe obvious increasingly according with the rapid development of China's economy.
