Developing housing finance is very important for housing system reform .To make housing a new increasing paint in our economy ,one of the most important factor is to push forward our housing system reform It抯 not long ago since we develop housing finance in China , but there are a lot of experience that we can learn from developed countries .For the above-mentioned reasons , and also because housing finance is a substantial phenomenon ,this thesis mainly implies positive and comparative researching method. This thesis for doctor degree contains of eight chapters. not including introduction. The main content of each chapter is as follow. Because of the fact that the concept of housing finance is confusing and the connotation is not clear , chapter one differentiates and analyses the concept of housing finance ,real estate finance , immovables finance ,residential finance and housing reform finance at first. Then, I analysis the capital construction and main content of housing finance , and make a brief review of the outcome and development of housing finance . On this basis ,the thesis describes the aim and direction of housing finance development. In housing finance system, housing finance setup \ acts as a very important role . So in chapter tow ,the thesis observes the types and characters of housing financial setup in developed countries, and studies the status quo of housing financial setup in China. Any man of insight thinks housing financial market is an important part in housing finance theory .ln chapter three , I describe and analysis the common theory of housing financial market ,running mechanism and the way to construct a housing financial market with Chinese characteristics , and make a suggestion that China should pay attention to develop the housing bond market. Nowadays, on the basis of learning from the housing finance pattern in Singapore ,and combining with the condition of our country ,we have established the housing accumulation fund system , and it has become a most important part of policy housing finance and housing system reform in our country .ln chapter four ,l make an analysis on the raising of housing accumulation fund system in our country ,the developing conditions and drawbacks ,the perfection and development of the system ,and I also state my views on the destiny and future of the system. In the following three chapter (chapter five ,chapter six and chapter seven),I make an analysis on the leading vocational work , i.e. housing mortgage loan ,including the first market ,the securitilisation and the insurance system of housing mortgage loan. Marking an extensive study on the development and the experience of 7 housing finance throughout the world , we can see that the healthy development of housing finance can抰 do without support form government.
