A Research On The Development And Antidote Of Industry-University-Research Of Our Country

It is being accepted that industry-university cooperation (IUC) plays an important role in education, science and technology, economy, social progress etc. As many restraint factors, the further development of IUC in china is influenced. By means of the comparative researches on the IUC systems of USA, Japan and former USSR, and the analysis of present situation of IUC in China, this paper considers it as the key factor that the reforms of politics, economy, science and technology, and education in current China have not been perfected, and the sound operation mechanism of IUC has not come into being. Furthermore, a fundamental approach to the problem is presented, which is to reform the systems of all aspects further, fasten the breeding of socialist market economy, set up a mew operation mechanism of IUC integrating plan and market, and correspondingly set up three promotion mechanism called industrial science and technology management mechanism, university science and technology management mechanism, and social effective mechanism. Lastly, in this paper, all the present forms of IUC iv China are systematically classified into three kinds belonging to three stages respectively, and the principles of selecting the developmental mode of IUC in China are given.The Vague-Comprehensive-Mode is adopted to analyze and evaluate the influence of IUC. The content of evaluation, the mode to be adopted and the method of evaluation in the article are researched. We should admit to make a new try in the field of IUC.
