Research On The Government Function In The Cooperation Of Production,teaching And Research In Zhejiang Province

With the rapid economic growth,China has gradually begun a new historical stage,it must rely on strengthening the capacity of independent innovation to promote economic development,and support the development of independent innovation by transforming the growth mode and adjusting the economic structure.As the main force of economic development,the ability of independent innovation of enterprises has been improved,and the country's ability for independent innovation can be correspondingly improved.To improve the ability of innovation of enterprises,a large part depends on the close integration of production,education and research.Therefore,promoting the effective reconciliation between industry,universities,and research institutes and promoting the rational and efficient operation of the cooperation between industry,university and research institute are the keys to promoting the long-term sustainable development of China's economy.Although China's production,education and research have achieved some remarkable results,but compared to the developed countries,they have started late,and the efficient production and research mechanism has not yet been perfected.There are many interests,goals,values,and risk sharing among the subjects of production,education,and research.It is difficult to achieve consensus on the aspect of cooperation,resulting in the failure of the cooperation between production,education and research.Although there are many factors that affect the cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes,in the final analysis,it is necessary to study how to give full play to the role of the government in production,education and research based on the market competition mechanism and improve the administrative efficiency and decision-making level of the government.The public policy of cooperation between industry,universities,and research institutes and solving the contradiction between the main bodies of production,education,and research is an urgent problem to be solved in the current production,education,and research activities.This article first analyzes the research background and research significance,then sorts out the domestic and foreign literature,learns from some excellent experience of production-study-research cooperation models in foreign countries,and starts from the current status of production,education,and research in China,and accurately grasps the connotations of relevant concepts and theories of public management.The status quo of the cooperation between industry,universities and research institutes in universities in Zhejiang Province was explored.Through the analysis of the relationship among the three main bodies of government,enterprises,and universities in the cooperation between industry,universities,and universities in Zhejiang Province,the government's role in the cooperation between production,education and research was discussed.The interview method demonstrated some phenomena in the cooperation of production,education and research in Zhejiang Province,studied some advantages and disadvantages of the government's function in the cooperation of production,education and research,and played an important role,and tried to put forward some suggestions on the status quo of production,education and research in Zhejiang Province.Thinking of countermeasures.
