| Agile manufacturing(AM) ,which is called as a new manufacturing stratagem oriented on 2l~?century, has been taking more and more attention by enterprises and relational subjects because it can quickly integrate the strength resources from many different enterprises and can fast translate an market chance into a fact requirement of customers. But AM is based on virtual enterprise(VE) which is very different from actual enterprises, so the production management based on AM is very different from the production management based on existing manufacturing models, such as computer integrated manufacturing system or lean production, so it is very necessary to construct a production management system that meets the needs of AM.This article takes the system as study object. The study contains:the characteristics of AM and its systematic structure; the definition of VE with its form and dynamic property; the synergy production geared to AM and the conception and realizing model of its management system; the systematic structure and operating mechanisms of synergy production based on multi-agent; the indicator, models and algorithm of the evaluation and selection for manufacture resources needed in realizing the synergy production. It indicates comprehensive, thorough and systematic views on the above-mentioned subjects in 7 chapters.Chapter 1 analyses the living and developing environment to which the current enterprises face and the developing trend of present manufacture technology and system. Then it points out that AM is the strategic decision in the manufacture models of manufacture enterprises today. Thus, it proves the necessity of the research of AM and its system and realizing models. On the basis of the above view, this article makes a deep exposition that the key to the implementation of AM is to establish a synergy production system accorded with its demands on the form of VE. The article explicitly points out the meaning of the research, the contents of the research and the goal the research should achieve.Chapter 2 takes the AM and realization of its system for an object of study. After making a comprehensive and systematic exposition according to the reference of AM, it advances the conception characteristics of AM, the influence factors and methods of measure of agility, the structure and the implementation condition of AM system and the implementation question and anxiety of AM. On the basis, the article studies how to construct a more rational system structure of AM, and it proposes the framework of AM system made up of conception level, enabler level and infrastructure level, which show clearly the ways of realization and the controlling factors for the implementation of AM.?III ?(,rChapter 3 expands on the conception, characteristics of AM and the discrepancies from other organization forms by researching the inherent organization form of AM--VE and by discussing the documents. It makes an analysis for the stability of VE through game models of multi-organization members, and it points out the question that the VE should pay attention to in establishing it.Chapter 4 proves the necessity of research of synergy production and management system depending on the analysis for the demands which the AM and VE propound to production management. By summary of relevant articles we acknowledge the present situation and headway of the relevant research. And then we put forward the synergy production management together with its conception, study contents and realizing models. It makes an analysis of the economic nature of the synergy production by applying the economic analysis method, pointing out the economic meaning of the synergy production.Chapter 5 takes alternative decision for manufacture resources for the object of study, which is one of the cruxes of synergy production under the AM.
