| Logistics is a kind of human economic activity with a long history, which developed with the social work dividing, business products exchanging and promoting. Nowadays logistics' function and effect is being enhanced continuously, especially in modern manufacturing company. The research of it has an important meaning on theory and practice. Logistics is becoming more and more systematic and flexible for modern manufacturing company to suit the modern producing. However, the research of logistics in our country is still lacking. There are some shortages in the logistics operation management, information modernization, production model and storage model, which leading to unbalance to the logistics of enterprise, inefficiency to the system, increase of opportunity cost, and harm to the development of company.In this paper, the manufacturer's production logistics model is studied based on the analyzing of operation management, logistics information, and the structure model of enterprise logistics based on multi-agent is presented. Then the production and storage status is analyzed, and the new model as well as the solving method for it is given, which can promote the efficiency and quality of logistic management.In this paper, the multi-agent conception is applied to logistics management model, and the Lagrange relaxation method is adopted to solve the model. In the research of storage management, Fuzzy Sets theory is used to promote the ABC classification and multilevel fuzzy judgment is adopted to evaluate the level of storage quality, which makes the quantitative operation of enterprise logistics more facility and rationalization.This paper gives a research on intra-organizational logistics management of modern manufacturing enterprise and the optimization of its production and storage model. The research has some application values for the manufacturers to improve its modernization level and enhance systematic and flexible.
