| This dissertation mainly study the factors which influence the level of international competitiveness of high tech industry. The international competitiveness of high tech industry of a country or a region is mainly decided by the system which integrated by entrepreneurship, venture capital, human capital, business management, competition in the same business, the condition of domestic demand, correlated industry and supportive industry, government. High tech industry clusters can also promote the international competitiveness of a country or a region. The international competitiveness of high tech industry in our country is weak, which result from most of the seven factors mentioned above aren抰 developed well. Besides, the development of our high tech industry hasn抰 formed mature industry clusters. In order to boost our international competitiveness of high tech industry rapidly, We must strengthen these factors which are comparatively weak at present. We also need to emphasize the development of industry clusters in high and new tech industry developing district.
