Suzhou, Wuxi And Changzhou Area High-tech Industrial Clusters And The Competitiveness Study

Through literature survey and search, I find that the academic papers are not abundant about industrial clusters competitiveness research, presently, especially involved in high and new tech industrial clusters. In this paper, I select the high and new tech industrial clusters, Which have developed rapidly in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region of Jiangsu province recently, as a sample to study the industrial clusters and their competitiveness, and tries to seek the reason of the high and new tech industrial clusters' agglomeration in the region by demonstration analysis, comparative analysis and factor analysis, find the origin of the high and new tech industrial clusters' competitive advantage in the region, hunt after the dynamic mechanism of high and new tech industrial clusters' competitiveness in the region, and through the angle of industrial cluster' s view to find the new approach of the development of the high and new tech industry in the region, look forward to supplying a reference to some extend for the development of industry and region economy in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region.In the paper, firstly, the concept, forming, classification and the inherent mechanism of development are introduced; Then, factor analysis is carried out as to the high and new tech industry' s agglomeration, and the impacts of the high and new tech industry on regional development are illustrated; And then, the classic and important Suzhou software industry cluster is selected out as a representative to make a further analysis, by comparison of Suzhou software industrial cluster, Dongguan PC manufacturing cluster and Datang sock cluster, the improved policies are proposed; Afterward, the forming of clusters' competitiveness in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region' s high and new tech industry is analyzed, and that social capital is the important factor influencing clusters' competitive advantage and the network innovation is the dynamic mechanism of high and new tech clusters' competitiveness in'Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region is illustrated; Finally, policy suggestions are proposed of implementing high and new tech cluster' s strategy in Suzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region.In this paper, there are four innovations below: (1) through the new angle of industrial cluster' s view try to demonstrate and analyze the economic phenomena of the high and new tech industry' s rapid development inSuzhou-Wuxi-Changzhou region in these years, so as to look forward to supplying certain reference for industry economy and region economy in the region. (2) Classify four factors, which influence on industrial cluster' s development in new industrial district theory, into eight factor further, and carry on factor analysis and comparison as to the three industrial clusters.(3) Associate the transaction and cost economics with market value chains theory to find and analyze the competitive advantage of industrial clusters.(4) Put the thinking of innovation school in new industrial district theory into the application of constructing regional innovation environment of the high and new tech industrial cluster.
