| With the development of eras, with the surge of new products, with the enrichment of commodities, with more innovation of technology, and with the increased severity of the competition between enterprises, the market is turning to diversified Buyer Market in the world, and the environment that enterprises involved in is turning much more complicated. The issue of survival and development entail the capabilities to master and adapt to sophisticated operating environment more rapidly and more accurately. This dissertation bases on the organization theory and resource-based theory, adopts the combination method of questionnaire survey and case analysis, provides tactics of optimizing resource allocation during the enterprise innovation process in China, in order to strengthen the ability of optimizing resource allocation, studying of enterprise and dealing with the change of environment.
