Jixian Land Resource Allocation Based On Capacity Analysis

Land is the substantial base on which human's survival and development depends. In the last few years, great changes have taken place in the land resources utilization because of the increasing requirements for the land with the continuous increase of population as well as acceleration of industrialization and urbanization. The scarcity of land resources and unreasonable use of land resulted in a series of ecological, economic and social problems. It has become an urgent problem to consider how to allocate the limited land resources among the different industries and departments of the nation reasonably and promote the optimal land utilization and sustainable development.Jixian county, lying in the hinterland of Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, is a "back garden" of Tianjin and an important place for touring, sightseeing and making holiday. After the "large Beijing area" is established, Jixian county will be the "green center" of large Beijing area. So its location and function can't be replaceable. Furthermore, Jixian county, the only mountainous area in Tianjin, has multiplex landforms and is taking on her own complexity and diversity for the use of land resources. The contradiction of the land supply and demand has become more serious because of the adjusting of economic structure and agriculture structure, the increase of population and the development of the cities. But nowadays the structure and mode of the land resources utilization in Jixian county can't take full advantage of the land resources and meet the requirements of the development of the economy. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the land resources utilization in Jixian county.Based on complete analysis of the feature of the land-use and the existing problems in Jixian county the structure and division of the land resources utilization has been optimized in this paper started with the analyzing carrying capacity of land resource.
