Study On The Structure Of Yangtze River Delta Economy District Development And System Theory On It

Social economy system is the newly developed field in the study of system theory and control theory. Much research of Yangtze River Delta can be investigated as the social economy system.In terms of home, Yangtze River Delta is not only the developing center in China, but also one of the fastest evolutive regions with the best investment environment and internal condition of economy. In terms of the international, it locates in the core of west bank of the Pacific and in East Asia economy district, backs on Asian mainland, faces many high developed economy countries and areas, such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hongkong and countries in South East Asia, and lies on the important crunode of international Ocean shipping line. In terms of development, Yangtze River Delta will involve into the work-division and circle of the world economy system and evolve as the district group of metropolitan with the most people and biggest scale over the world.Both inland and overseas factors and strength of the development of Yangtze River Delta are for people to realize that Yangtze River Delta is growing quickly from the quantitative change to qualitative change. The developing structure of Yangtze River Delta and its study based on the system theory are investigated in this paper. The researchful specialties of this paper are as follows: to research on the growing structure of urbanization, population, industry, investment, transportation and sustainable development etc. with the clue of the space analysis on the metropolitan circle as well as Yangtze River Delta, to introduce the concept and method of the system theory so as to provide some novel ways and means to the researching field of Yangtze River Delta and offer some new ways in the research of the system theory and control theory on social economy system.The main research products of this paper are described in the following:1. The relation among elements of the space analysis on Yangtze River Delta and the topology structure of the urban circle are illustrated here. This paper introduces such system theories as the self-organizing theory, the exoterically complex giant system theory and the control theory into the study of the progress problems of Yangtze River Delta Economy District. It probes into the application of the integrated seminar hall from the quantitative analysis to the qualitative analysis on the progress structure of Yangtze River Delta economy district.2. On one hand, a new region demarcation way of Yangtze River Delta economy district including the three provinces and one city of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Shanghai is put forward on the basis of the traditional concept. On the other hand, the advantages of the new region demarcation way are analyzed from the aspects of the spatial structure, social and historical status, the resource complementary, the marketfuse, the industry division and cooperation, etc..3. After introducing theories of the urban circle, this paper analyzes the structural characteristics of the urban circle in Yangtze River Delta, that is the clear fan-shape structure with the leading city and the three-level urban circle. The concept of the energy level is put forward, so is the analysis on the range of every urban circle inside Yangtze River Delta.4. After discussing the progress mode and mechanism of the world urbanization, it is pointed out that urbanization is the weightily evolving sign in the regional space structure. The current status of urbanization of Yangtze River Delta as well as the prediction of the condition 50 years later is raised. The forecast analysis of the population distribution during the course of urbanization is also brought forward.5. Population is the most active factor for the structure and growth of Yangtze River Delta economy district and this is pointed out in the paper, in which the population scale and the evolving trend of the district are also analyzed.
