Research On The Theoretical Education Of Communist Cadres Since The Establishment Of The People's Republic Of China

The Communist Party of China is an armed party which attached great importance to the construction of the theory since the beginning of the foundation, it has been committed to relying on the way which is called "theory to arm the mind" and "theory to grasp the masses" to constantly improve the level of ideological understanding and leadership of the party members and cadres, which formed the unique political advantage and good tradition of the party. At present, the development of the career of the "socialism with Chinese characteristics" has entered into a "new normal" period of the strategic opportunities, facing a more complicated and changeable international situation, it also faced with the unprecedented challenge.The new situation,new contradictory and the new problem put forward a higher requirement of the theoretical level and the ruling ability for those party members and cadres,it also put forward a higher and more strict standards for the party members to improve the ability to recognize or transform the subjective and objective world.It is an important and urgent topic for the cadres to maintain the position firmness, theoretical consciousness and political loyalty.The party members and cadres should use the advanced theory to armed their' minds, the strategic task of the party construction in the new era is to promote the scientific level of the theory education worK.Based on this theory,the paper made a research on the subject of the theoretical education of communist cadres in the past 60 years,it also put forward some proposals for the communist party to strengthen the theoretical education of communist cadres in the new era.The whole article is divided into six parts, the first chapter of this article made an introduction to the research questions,the research ideas and the research methods,it also make a description for the concept of the theoretical education,the cadres and the party members,and then,it made a literature on the the domestic and foreign related researches.The second chapter summarizes the thinking development and the deepening course of the theoretical education of communist cadres,it mainly refines the important discourse of the theory education of the proletariat which were created by Marx and Engels,it refines a series of views about the party members and cadres education and the team construction created by Lenin and Stalin,it also made an important expound about the development and education of the party members and cadres team which the generations of the leaders of the communist party of China have made a great contribution to,it also provided a theoretical guidance and an ideological support for the party to strengthen the work for the theoretical education of communist cadres.The third chapter discusses the historical evolution of the content of the theoretical education of communist cadres since the founding of the new china.The overall process is divided into two historical stages,the first stage begins at the founding of new China and ends at the reform and opening up,the second stage begins at the reform and opening up,and then it analyzed emphatically the development process of the content of the theoretical education of communist cadres in these historical periods,it includes the period of the founding of new China,the period of building the socialist,the period of the "cultural revolution",the period of the early reform and opening up,the period of the new stage of the modernization construction,the period of the building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the period of the 18th party congress,it also made an expound about the changes and the main content of the theoretical education of communist cadres in the various stages.The fourth chapter made an analysis about the development features and the overall experience for the theoretical education of communist cadres since the founding of the new china. Based on the basis of the third chapter,it made a research on the development features of the theoretical education of communist cadres through some perspectives,it includes the guiding ideology,the working principles,the education target,the system construction and the education channel,and then it also summarized some regularity experience for the theoretical education of communist cadres.The fifth chapter analyzes the problems which existed in the theoretical education of communist cadres,it also pointed out the challenges that the theoretical education of communist cadres has faced, it mainly analyzed the problems and the shortcomings for the work of the theoretical education of communist cadres from these points of view,it included the object of education,the teaching process,the organization management and the quality evaluation,and then it analyzed the challenges that the theoretical education of communist cadres has faced in the constantly changing environment.The sixth chapter puts forward some exploratory proposals for the party to strengthen the theoretical education of communist cadres in the new era.In terms of the party members and cadres themselves,the party members and cadres should strengthen the atmosphere construction.In terms of the organization and the training institutions of the cadre education,it should optimize the faculties who undertake the task for the theoretical education of communist cadres.It should tighten the party discipline in order to create a good environment for the party to undertake the task for the theoretical education of communist cadres,to integrate the training resources for the theoretical education of communist cadres,to improve the mechanism of the excitation for the the theoretical education of communist cadres,to improve the education evaluation mechanism for the theoretical education of communist cadres. In terms of the theory education body,it should implement the teaching philosophy which called "the service overall,on-demand teaching" in the particular process of the teaching,it should go deep into and improve the teaching content in order to explore the innovation of the mode for the theoretical education of communist cadres,all of these should be made to improve the scientific level of the teaching process.
