| In recent business cycle of growth and recession, facing change of environment and other uncertain factors, most of corporations are seeking new strategies, organization systems and management measures to ensure their future success, while the prosper of management academia and consultant companies happen to meet their requirements nowadays. Many modern ideas keep on face-lifting, which provides too many things to see, but there is not a magic idea in corporation management theories just like not a cure-all medicine medically, which can save corporation from severe illness indeed.Fortunately, Agreement is reached in both academia and practice that knowledge is the most important asset of corporations, knowledge innovation and learning is the essence to maintain dynamic continued competence advantage. Current knowledge management is promoted actively in corporation practices of both home and abroad as a magic nostrum. If "knowledge management" really works in a field other theories and patterns haven't? or if knowledge management is just a new noun as other theories have even been? Knowledge transferring, integration and sharing are really very important, just like scale economy can be realized in knowledge using if the knowledge in a certain field can be shared among the whole team which has been owned by an individual. But essentially knowledge strongly depends on individuals and environments, it is created and produced to certain questions, that's why many people think tacit knowledge is the most important of all knowledge, while it's hard to be transferred, integrated and shared, so only those corporations can keep unique to realize continuous success once they make it. From this point, tacit knowledge is the real factor contributed to success of corporation. Therefore, the current knowledge management based on Internet is not a solution to solve strategy problems of corporation, but to help in knowledge sharing and integration of corporation.To a corporation, the most important knowledge is the vision, it's gradually clarified and defined combination of core ideas and images about the future during a series operation process since corporation's start-up. The vision is not coming naturally to an organization, but originally from dreams of one or several entrepreneurs, it's those dreams that encourage them to insist on their beliefs and overcome kinds of difficulties, then turn those dreams a real blueprint. But vision is a highly tacit knowledge, which can not be shared in the whole organization just via a simply public statement. This research is based on this knowledge character of vision, to take vision as the origin of heterogeneity of corporation and take innovative realization in sharing vision among the whole corporation as time processes and corporation development a reason for corporation's real success, a reason from being excellent to being superexcellent for a corporation as well.This research includes several pieces belowChapter 1 starts from a brief analysis to problems existing in current corporation operation practice and theories research to raise the background and incentive of my research, at one time to define the key concepts, such as vision, strategy learning and continued competence advantage.On the base of overview of current strategy research methodology, Chapter 2 puts forward constructivism is the hot trend of current strategy research methodology, and points out constructivism has many advantages in strategy research by combining strategy theories and their research objectives.
