In the 21th century's era of knowledge economy, the key to creating value is the kowledge especially tacit kowledge hidden in the people's brains. As to companies, organizational knowledge especially tacit kowledge is the basis of core competition. The core competiton is the knowledge system that can give companies special features and competitive advantage. At the same time, every company can't hold all kowledge, so strategic alliance especially multi-strategic alliance can be one source of knowledge which makes up the shortage of knowledge. Besides, the 21th century is one of alliancism. Therefore, companies have three kinds of key work . the first is how to make an alliance effectively, the second is how to carry through organizational learning effectively; the third is how to carry through learning through alliance effectively. This article focuses on how to carry through learning through alliance.This article mainly adopts methods of logical reasoning and case analysis. First, this article puts forward the knowledge system of companies, then puts forward strategic alliance learning model and management pattern on the basis of characteristics of strategic alliance and studies learning cycle , trust, conflict , the formats of strategic alliance and the development of strategic alliance relatively. At the same time, this article introduces cases to esplain the theory. This article takes stretigic alliance for an important form of inter-organizitonal learning. The key to learning is framework of learning base and management of learning base.
