Research On Employee Training Model By E-learning In Telecommunication Corporation

Content: The development of internet has changed the concepts and ways of learning in telecommunication corporation greatly, such as learning objects, learning contents, learning ways and methods. The introducing of e-learning into the corporation will improve the faculty of innovation of employees, strengthening competence of corporation.Based on the theoretical and practical research, this thesis attempts to construct a theoretical and practical framework of employee training model in telecommunication corporation, from the perspective of educational theory and corporation administrational theory.The introduction of the thesis briefly analyzes the background and the development of e-learning in corporation around the world and presents the purpose, value-orientation, and general research framework of this thesis.Chapter 1 mainly introduces of the necessity of e-learning in telecommunication corporation and the shortcomings of traditional training ways. It analyzes the ongoing situation of training and presents the research content and means.Chapter 2 articulates the main concepts, characteristics, ways and the e-learning applying situation around world.Chapter 3 discusses the theory background of e-learning model in telecommunication corporation which includes constructivism, learning organization theory and performance administration.Chapter 4 presents a collaborative inquiry learning model based on internet, after analyzing the theory background. It explains the model with samples and presents an evaluating way.Chapter 5 discusses the progress this research made and the shortcomings it has, giving a plan for further study.
