Study On Chinese Enterprises' Transnational Management

In November of 2002, the reports of the 16th National People's Congress pointed out: " It is a great action in the new stage of opening to the outside world to implement ' walk out ' strategy. " Along with China's entering into WTO, the domestic market, in wider fields, in deeper level, is becoming one integrate of the international market omni-directionally. How to realize the Chinese enterprise's " walk out", utilizing domestic and foreign resources fully to accelerate the enterprise's development, has already become the hot subject of academic discussion in our country. As proved by practice, the in-depth and consolidating of the economic globalization, make the function of the trans-corporation in international economy expand rapidly. The traditional pattern of international economic affiliation relying mainly on goods trade has been broken. The push coming from socialization of production makes the international work division deepened constantly, while trans-corporations are playing a more and more outstanding role in the course of the country's economic growth, the structural adjustment and upgrading of industry, the technology progress and the company's evolution in governing structure. Under this kind of background precisely, it has become a mutual recognition of so many countries in the different development phases to improve the investment environment unceasingly, implement preferential policy on foreign capital, attract more foreign direct investment, and promote the metropolitan enterprises to participate in the international competition and the international division of labor zealously.Therefore, in the current situation, we should comprehend the "walk out" strategy proposed by the Central Party Committee thoroughly and put forward some explanations and proposals on the Chinese enterprise's multinational management strategy, which will redound to impelling the strategic adjustment of our country national economy structure, extending the our country's space for economy development, enhancing our country's competition status in the world; to alleviating the domestic resources short, making two markets and resources of the domestic and foreign serve for our country's economic development effectively; to deepening reforms and opening policy under the new historical condition, realizing the healthy, continual, fast development of our country's economy finally.1. The production and development of contemporary international direct investment and multinational corporation theoryBased on the concept of comparison superiority, this article obtains from analyzing the production and development of the multinational corporation and the international direct investment theory, deepening the understanding on the characteristic of enterprises' transnational management. Through the summary and analysis of the traditional theory, we will examine the theory basis of the different country's enterprises to implement the transnational management, technologically explaining and analyzing the different causations and characteristic of the enterprises at the different development phase to implement the transnational management, pointing out the feasibility and the inevitability of the inferiority enterprises from the developing country to implement transnational management in order to seek the survival and development. Although the transnational enterprises of the developing country is so young that they have the obvious disparity comparing with the developed country's in aspect of technology and managerial experience and so on, the particularities of the developing country's transnational enterprises, in the process of specific market supplies, have also brought the obvious comparison superiority for themselves.
