It is proved that learning enterprises are ideal management pattern in the knowledge economic era. In the end of twenties century, the theory of learning organization has been introduced to our country, now more and more enterprises have realized importance of learning organization ideas and have stepped toward it.Firstly,the thesis introduces the origin and background of learning organization, analyzes its meanings and characters. And then learning enterprises and traditional enterprises are compared; the culture of learning enterprises is summarized.Secondly,the thesis proposes an ideal construction model of learning enterprises--organizational learning fish, analyzes every part of the model in detail--concept, organizational learning mechanism, promoting and supporting mechanism and action. In the end of this chapter, three evaluation methods of learning enterprises management pattern is introduced briefly. Then the thesis emphasizes on another important part--organizational learning pattern. Four kinds of models of organizational learning are described, and organizational learning process is analyzed from three levels--organization, team and person. The thesis also discusses some problems about knowledge management such as knowledge transformation, knowledge share, etc. Finally, the successful practices of Microsoft are analyzed.
