The Study On The Management Mode Of The Enterprises Time-based Logistics

This dissertation is an applied foundation research concerning enterprise logistics management mode. As for the enterprises time-based logistics management mode , according to the data we have got, so far, within the domestic and international scholar, no one studied it specially and systematically. This text, on the basis of the analysis and comparison every kind of enterprise logistics mode , puts forward the enterprises time-based logistics management mode ,which is one of the logistics supply chain management mode. This mode realize its dual purpose of the quick respond turn with the purpose of the cost minimum through compression the total capacity (horizontal and vertical time) of the supply chain.Time-based logistics management mode, since it is the trend of the enterprise logistics management mode development, represents the new research direction of the enterprise logistics management, also can resolve the problems by the root in the current enterprise logistics mode exists in our country. Under the market economy term and the increasingly vigorous competition environment, it is their objective request for the most of enterprise with beg to exist and develop. Its theory value consists in: it not only enrich and develop the enterprise logistics theories on the certain degree, also indicate the direction for the future research in logistics management in enterprises. Now its fulfillment meaning: this study can offer some beneficial draws to increase logistics management level for many enterprises in our country. Supported with Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism , making use of the abstract method in method, science in substantial evidence and the method of the on- Site inspection, on the basis of the comparing the enterprise logistics modes and the analysis on our country current enterprise logistics mode, This article puts forward the time-based logistics management mode; sets up its theory foundation; designs its operation mechanism; inquiries into our country enterprise what should notice when we put this mode into practice according to our concrete circumstance . The whole article is divided into eight chapters.Chapter 1,Introduction.This chapter mainly present the backgrounds, the purpose and the significance of the study in the first part. An overall survey of the study on the logistics theory in China and some other countries, which had been made in the second part. The last part introduce the train of thought of this research, the method adopted and the innovation of the research.Chapter 2, The analysis of the enterprise management logistics mode. Based on the analysis and comparison of every kind of enterprise logistics management mode and the analysis on the current enterprise logistics management mode in our country ,this chapter puts forward the time-based logistics management mode and point out that it is the valid choice for many enterprise in our country Chapter 3, The analysis of the mode of the enterprises time-based logistics management. This paper puts forward the time-based logistics mode; sets up its theory foundation ; designs its operation mechanism ; inquiries into the our country enterprise what should notice when we put this mode into practice according to our concrete circumstance Chapter 4,The first part of the operation mechanisms of the enterprises time-based logistics management mode: compressing the logistics cycle time (horizontal time commpressing).This chapter mainly discuss the methods to compress the purchasing and the distribution time which are the most influcing factor to the logistics cycle time.
