The west of china is including twelve provinces. The harmonization developing of agro-education and agriculture or agro-economy in the west of china is the investigative object of this paper. Based on using for references of productivity element, area-economy, sustainable development and education accelerate economic growth, built the basic frame of reference about this paper. Analyzed current situation and developing direction of agriculture or agro-economy and agro-education, and their relationship. Thereby, advanced corresponding countermeasure and proposition of policy. This paper is composed of following seven parts:The first part: using and framing of reference, hi this part, annotated the major theories, advanced essential frame of reference of this studying. This part is cornerstone of this paper. Agriculture-science and technology-education is an organic integer. Agro-economy, agro-education and agricultural science and technology are subsystem of this system. Manpower resource is the ligament between the three subsystems. Their contacting mechanism included benefit-allocate-mechanism, driving-mechanism and information-conduct-mechanism, the progress of the system is restricted by many factors out of it , such as condition and backdrop, element education, eastern and central area of china, other industry in the west, institution, etc.The second part: current situation and developing direction of agriculture and agro-economy in die west of china, hi this part, analyzed the importation of agriculture and agro-economy in the west of china within all countrywide, contrast agricultural production structure and agro-economic index of every provinces within west of china, collected many scholar or researchers1 references about agriculture and agro-economy in the west of china. Get seven points basic recognition about agriculture and agro-economy in the west of china, and developing direction of agriculture or agro-economy. And get the following conclusions: the development of agriculture and agro-economy in the west of china depend on the development of agro-education, the lack of agricultural science-technology and person with ability is the important factor that affect agro-economy in the west of china. Because the economy (it is agro-economy ) in west of china is not developed, income of a rural area denizen in west of china is lower than in other areas, they not have enough ability of paying for education.The third part: current situation of agro-education in west of china. In this part, compared high-education and agro-education resource in the west of china tothat in all countrywide. And analyzed the high-education and agro-education resource in every provinces in the west of china. Get eight basic recognition about high-education and agro-education in the west of china. Shanxi province and Chongqing city are the center of agro-education in the northwest and southwest of china apart. But the level of agro-education in west of china is low than in the earth or central section of china.The forth part: analysis of die harmony of agro-education and agro-economy in the west of china. In this part, analyzed the harmony of agro-education and agro-economy in the west of china. Get following conclusion: Chiefly, there are some conflicts: the agriculture industry not have enough attraction to high-grade person with ability, agriculture labor not have enough desire for agro-education, they not have enough money to pay for technical-education for themselves, the mode of training can not adapt the demands of agro-economy about person with ability, and so on. Analyzed the factors that affecting the development of agro-education and agro-economy in the west of china . there are bases for it: the development of agriculture and agro-economy offered potential space to the development of agro-education in the west of china.
