Democracy, In The Perspective Of Political Philosophy

The wave of the modern technical revolution has made the new frame, new trend, and new rule for the society development. Such trend made people's life and the model of thought different, It widened the possibility for the people's development .It provides high requite to people's ability .It has provoked people's democracy view of different countries. In china, the revolution based on motive to better the social system, has proved great development in the area of economic, politics and culture .It provoked people's subjective view .The human being has gained reputation never has as the ultra value goal. Accordingly, in the political area, people are more intend to take part in the political life .The system and theory that people used to read the worlds are changing. The rose of democracy is the result of the political civil .The theory of democracy come from the political area, but politics is not the democracy's all-side meaning .The need to develop makes it is not right to limit the democracy in the political area. Political philosophy gives us a wider and deeper view .In this article, I want to give out my points by the historical way, the dialectical way and the critical way. In the first chapter ,from the point of the retrospection ,I analyzed the different kinds definitions of democracy in the history . Then, I give out my definition of the democracy in the view of political philosophy. My understanding pay attention to the subjective, inter-subjective . In my opinion, democracy is a selective method, deciding method or life model. I want to distillation it into the way that the realization of the subjective .My opinion maybe unripe, but I think it is a try. In the second chapter, I analyzed the base and different parts of democracy .The analyze included the historical situation and inside motive. Subjective prerequisite, citizen society, outside system, economic base and social satisfactions are also important in the understanding of the democracy. In third part, I pay my attention to the political value pursue. Freedom, equality, justice are important to democracy. Democracy is a kind of political pursue in itself, it also provide a way to make the freedom, equality and justice into possible .The realization of these pursue can provide great motive for the democracy development. The forth part is the preposterous of the democracy. The meaning of democracy is clear worldly. It means the rule of the people. But, there have been so many different explanations of this definition. What is "the rule of the people"? These different explanations led to different models of democracy in the history. Such phenomena come from preposterous of the democracy. These preposterous include: who are the people? Is the majority more justice? These questions made the deviations in the practice. Analyzing these preposterous to promote the practice of democracy is my point. In the fifth part, I pay my attention in Chinese democracy –politic practice .My first point is what is correct attitude when we face traditional political civil .Is our "MINBEN" equal to democracy? In my opinion, it is not. Then, how about our practice in democracy system construction? In the special model of one—party rule, how to understand our political logic in democracy construction, where the weak is point's .In this part, I want to make my contribution to Chinese democracy.
