This paper is composed of 5 parts.First, the relevant theories of firm strategy, organizational structures and strategic changes of multi-national corporations (MNCs) under economic globalization background are surveyed. Taking researches on MNCs' organizational theories as the starting point, we review researching results of MNCs' organizational structure theories and further analyze traditional firm organization theories.Second, factors deciding and influencing organizational structure of MNCs are considered and traditional MNCs organizational structure models are compared to each other. Then we discuss the form of organizational evolution of MNCs in related to economic globalization from two perspectives: strategy changes and company size. General process and relevant theories of MNCs organizational evolution are further studied based on previous theoretical discussion and practice conclusions; interactions between strategic change and organizational structure are analyzed from both the view of theory and practice, especially focus on important contents like company competitive advantage, value chain and company organizational boundaries, value chain and organizational network of MNCs, etc. Dynamic changes of modern firm organizational structure and tendency of MNCs organizational structure in the future are discussed. A brand new management idea of integrated network organizational structure is brought out, and this research takes the direction of organizational structure of MNCs as a proposition. Through analysis and research on develop and evolution process of automobile firm organizational structures, we conclude that strategic network is the direction of modern MNCs' organizational structures and construct a MNCs international competitiveness promotion model based on strategic network.
