Public welfare organizations have made fruitful contributions in providing social services,helping disadvantaged groups,and responding to sudden disasters.However,in the organization of public welfare organizations,they also face problems in the internal structure of organizations,and the organizational structure is unreasonable and lacking.Effective organizational incentives greatly affect the realization of organizational goals,and even deviate from the benign development track.Taking the Harbin Lions Club as an example,the researchers entered the Lions Club to conduct research on the formation and construction of organizational incentives through interviews and participatory observations,focusing on the organizational basis,institutional guarantee and operational mode of organizational incentives.Analyze the realization and improvement of the performance of public welfare organizations.The researchers entered the Harbin representative office of the China Lions Association and conducted face-to-face exchanges with 20 Lions members through observations and interviews.The research has the following findings: First,the organizational incentive model of public welfare organizations mainly plays through promotion incentives,honor incentives and collective incentives.Second,different public welfare models promote each other,complement each other,and work together to achieve organizational incentives.Third,the organizational structure and management system of public welfare organizations provide organizational foundation and institutional guarantee for organizational incentives.Finally,organizational incentives for public welfare organizations are influenced by external factors such as markets,policies,and resources.Therefore,in order to improve organizational performance,public welfare organizations should focus on organizational innovation and build an organizational incentive system that includes promotion incentives,honor incentives,and collective incentives.In the construction organization incentive system,the three factors of promotion,honor and collective should be rationally organized to form a synergy of mutual promotion.In the organization,structure and system construction,it is possible to achieve legal compliance and rules through the organization model of the rotation system and the meticulous promotion and honor rules.Focus on market changes,resource exchanges,and policy changes,and adapt and adapt to changes through organizational incentives.This research is devoted to clarifying the modes and methods of public welfare organization organization incentives.Taking the Harbin Lions Club as an example,by analyzing the model,realization conditions and influencing factors of the Harbin Lions Club organization,how can the public welfare organizations improve organizational incentives and realize the organization? Performance,promoting the organization's benign operation brings some inspiration.
