Economic Mobilization Based On Multi-agent System Modeling And Simulation Study

The inner and out environments of National Economy Mobilization System havechanged greatly in the recent years. Its applicable fields extend to dealing war andemergency instead of dealing war only. And the old system could not adjust to the newenvironments quite well. Its organization is rigescent and the members of the system find itis very difficult to adapt to each other. These problems prevent seriously the developmentof the theory of National Economy Mobilization. Nowadays, many researchers applydefence economics to study the problems of mobilization, while the harvest of researchusing the theory of system science and management science is relatively less. This paperdeals with these problems according to the theory of system science, management scienceand defence economics. This paper focuses on the following problems.(1) The virtual organization of mobilization is studied, and the basic method and management schema of building mobilization alliance is put forward.(2) Using role theory, the modeling method of mobilization alliance is presented. The core of this method is role view, which relates to task view, workflow view, Agent view, organization view and interact view. This method is the basis of building micro model of National Economy Mobilization System.(3) The similar contact nets model is put forward. It describes the model by extend Propose for Protocol. It provides a normal method for building of mobilization alliance.(4) The role mechanism is put forward during modeling National Economy Mobilization System. The mechanism assumes the complexity of the system comes from the complexity of the role relation of the members. The change of the role results in the change of the system state. This method focuses on the role awareness, role conflict and role binding.(5) The method of modeling National Economy Mobilization System is presented. This method gives the framework and principle of resource agent, coordinate agent, precaution agent and negotiation model. It can model the systems in different size according to the framework.(6) This paper develops simulation framework of National Economy Mobilization System on swarm platform. It has many usages in different levels and different scales during modeling the system.
