A Study On The Problem Of National Mobilization In China 's Crisis Events Since The New Century

China is a country with a strong tradition of national mobilization, mobilization is not only the advantages of the communist party of China, also is the the important means and methods of the communist party of China to overcome of various kinds of difficulties and crisis. In simple terms, the national mobilization is to concentrate the strength to accomplish large undertakings, it is a major feature of China in revolution, construction and reform. Since entering the new century, with the development of industrialization and city urbanization gradually, our country has been developed from traditional society into a risk society, all kinds of the sudden crisis has increasingly become the norm. In modern society, the crisis events have sudden, uncertainty, strong diffusibility and the resulting huge destructive characteristics, will damage the national normal political and economic order, will bring serious threat to people’s lives and property. Facing frequent crisis, such as great earthquake, snow storms, influenza and other crises,our country how to effectively mobilize all kinds of social resources and efforts to deal with the challenge and damage, minimize the adverse effect of the crisis,has very important significance for a society stable, improving the government political legitimacy and national long period of stability.Political mobilization theory, social capital theory and collective action theory is the theoretical basis of this paper,at the same time, the author reference to related subjects such as sociology,make full use of historical materials to research the problems of the national mobilization.
