| This dissertation starts with analysis to an entrepreneur' s entrepreneurial cognition and decision-making process, probes into upgrowth and forming mechanism of enterprises cluster on the micro-level. From the view point of entrepreneurial theory, enterprises cluster' s upgrowth and forming mechanism model is constructed based upon initial and core prerequisites factors. By means of logical and quantities analyses descriptions, disposes the sample of enterprises clusters obtained from field survey; by tracing enterprises cluster' s upgrowth history and summarizeing characters of enterprises clusters occurred in different regions, validates the model' s justification.This dissertation consists of 6 chapters: the first is an introduction, the last is a conclusion; from the third to the fifth are its main bodies. Chapterl gives the background, intention, significance, basic method and innovation of this dissertation. Among which, it also summarizes concepts and theoretical genres about enterprises cluster phenomena and its upgrowth and forming mechanism, points out the puzzledom and the lasted research in this field. Chapter 2 briefly reviews the course of entrepreneurial research and its background, level of study, intention, significance, basic concept etc. Then, it summarizes researches about entrepreneurial theories, empirical studies and its latest headways. It also sums up studies on entrepreneur phenomenon in enterprises cluster and relationships between them. Chapter 3 premises enterprises cluster' s upgrowth and forming mechanism based upon micro-level entrepreneur, outlines a conceptual model of three core prerequisites factors and it' s mutual effects among the process of enterprises cluster' s upgrowth.
