Study On New-Type Of The Rural Industrialization Under Sustainable Development Stratagem

The dissertation studying on rural industrialization discusses that rural industry how to develop in line with rural environment and resource. Firstly, it is the needs of prompting the whole country economy develop in line. The development of country economy include development of rural economy, the whole country economy can develop well only when the rural economy develops in line with the city economy. The administration recently has put forward realizing "five harmonies", in which the most important is realizing the harmony between city and rural. Secondly, it is the needs of entirely constructing ample society. The keystone and difficult of entirely constructing ample society are both in rural. If only the course of rural industrialization has been picked up and constructing an ample society of rural, the national scope of ample society can be entirely constructed. Thirdly, it is the needs of availably resolving the problems of "rural, countrymen, agriculture" in the nation. The agri-production should be developing in the guidance of industry principle as well as impelling agriculture industrialization. Rural industrialization hastens the speed of country developing to town. Rural industrialization can assemble mutuality industries and population into the town, and as a result it brings the development of service industry. Rural industrialization facilitates the farmers dividing the work, and the margin labor force transfer to other industries.
