Research On Integration Management Of Enterprise Information Resource

Following the development of Information technology and the progression of Informationalization and Globalization, the environment and the mode of operation & management of enterprise have changed enormously, and information resource management of enterprises faces the grim challenge. Technology and management are two wheels which propel the progress of society, and the development of technology and the innovation of management complement each other. Though the development of information technology has offered advanced processing means and tools for the exploitation of enterprise information resources, but its result depends mainly on the mode and method of enterprise information resource management. So, in the face of the challenge and demand of the era , exploring enterprise's information resource management mode and method from integration this original perspective and studying the integration management of enterprise information resource in an all-round , systematical and deep way to form a set of effective mode and method of enterprise information resource management in the new era have very important academic value and practical significance.On the basis of reference and innovation , this paper synthetically utilizes the latest research results and knowledge in such multi-disciplinary fields as system science , management science , economics ,etc. and systematically explores and studies the phenomena and problems of integration in the field of enterprise information resource management and preliminarily constructs the infrastructure of integration management of enterprise information resource, which begins with probing into the basic theories of the integration and proceeds with several respects such as information resource, information strategy , information organization, information technology and information system ,etc. Through analyzing the phenomena of integration , which exist extensively, Chapter 2 explores the connotation , essence and characteristics of integration deeply further and produces basic principles of integration , i. e., goal coordination- and competitive complementary- and non-linear- and feedback- and functional double-principle, investigates basic mode of integration from three latitudes: integration behavior, integration scale and organization way, and preliminarily builds certain thought foundation for the research of integration management of enterprise's information resource. And then, Chapter 3 applies the thought and view of integration to observe and analyze the problem of management of enterprise information resources, probes into the basic connotation and function of integration management of enterprise information resource, at the same time in terms of elements of enterprise's information activities, researches and proposes the overall frame of integration management of enterprise information resource and main content , and from the view of economic analysis, inquires the scale-, range-, agglomeration-, network-, speed- and knowledge-economic. From defining the connotation and level of enterprise information resource, Chapter 4 explores the function mechanism ofenterprise information resource and basic connotation of integration of enterprise information resource, studies and proposes the basic framework and mode of integration of enterprise information resource from the goal, content and scale of integration. Through analyzing the connotation of enterprise's information strategy and its relation with business strategy, Chapter 5 probes into the meaning of integration of enterprise's information strategy, researches and proposes three main contents of integration of enterprise's information strategy, which includes content integration, operation integration and function integration of information strategy, investigates two modes of integrative operation, (i.e., Information Strategy Driving and Business Strategy Driving) and four progress stages of integrative operation, (i.e., Administrative Integration, Sequential Integration, Reciprocal Integration and Full Integration), and analyzes the basic integrative planning method of information strategy aid business strategy of enterprise. Based on expounding the concept and current situation of enterprise's information organization, Chapter 6 investigates the constructing thought of enterprise's information organization from the perspective of integration ,i.e., IT function-Based .Responsibility-Based and Information function-Eased and explores the essence of enterprise's information organization integration , proposes the integration mode of information organization of enterprise taking people as the core and the integration framework from three respects i.e. competence integration , process integration and structure integration ,and establishes the model of integrative information organization of enterprise. Through analyzing the function and its law of IT, Chapter 7 probes the connotation, goal and content of IT integration of enterprise from the managerial perspective and proposes the framework of IT element integration , IT function integration and IT & business integration, explores and raises the basic integration tactics of FT in enterprise , i.e., infrastruc ure strengthened tactic , function strengthened tactic and value strengthened tactic, which based on the relation between IT integration and IT advantage of enterprise. Chapter 8 analyzes the concept , function level and architecture of enterprise's information application system, investigate the basic integration mechanism of EIAS, i.e., user interface integration, processing method integration, function interface integration and processing object integration, explores the basic integration mode of EIAS from three respects of behavior mode , organize way and scale ,and studies the problem of realization tactics and appraisal of EIAS integration and builds the tactic matrix of EIAS integration with two latitude of maturity and tactic of EIAS integration. Based on analyzing the connotation and content c f Enterprise Informationalization, Chapter 9 expounds the concept , core and metiod of integrative Informationalization, explores the relation between information flow integration and business process reengineering (BPR), studies the basic mode of integrative Informationalization and investigates the classical case of Informat onalization in China from integration perepective.
