Since the feudal centralized autocratic monarchy was established, the model of combination of rules of etiquette and comprehensive measures for maintaining law and order (The following abbreviation "the comprehensive model") founded by Han Dynasty had been the principal model for the Chinese feudal society governing a country. By the combination of rules of etiquette, we mean that moral principles and ethics of Chinese nation is combined with legal system to carry out the way of running a state of "Rule of virtue is principal, rule of punishment is auxiliary." The content of governing a country of comprehensive model is very rich and profound, Virtue focuses on preventing crime, law focuses on punishing crime, which takes human nature as the core, morality as basis, values patriarchal ethics in order to reach the comprehensive measure of etiquette, music, administration and punishment.
