From the perspective of political communication, this thesis traces the process and the pattern of nation-integrating in Neo-China's villages and the influence of informationization on the pattern of nation-integrating in an information society by positive research technique. The construction process of Neo-China's village governance system is a study by analyzing the disseminator, content, channel, audiences and effect of political communication in the constructing process of Neo-China's village governance system, with the guide of Harold D. Lasswell's 5W model. The thesis is divided into three parts: introduction, body (including 4 chapters) and summary.Chapter I is devoted to the discussion as how to decide and control the content of political communication in the process constructing of People's Commune Governance System, and how to justify the inevitability of the collective ideology as the main content of the political communication, and how to analyze the social and political basis of political communication before the Chinese collectivization movement. Then, the thesis continues to discuss how to control the content and the process by the disseminators in the process of political communication in order to achieve the expected effects.Chapter II discusses the channels of political communication in the process of the collectivization movement, and analyzes the importance of the conference-file system and rural cable casting as communicative channels during the collectivization movement. Moreover, the discussion about the social psychological foundation of the peasants before the collectivization movement is also covered in this chapter. In chapter III, the effect of the collectivization movement is under discussion on three levels: from the perspective of the whole nation, the influence of political communication on the power structure of rural politics is discussed, with the conclusion that the political communication constructed the People's Commune Governance System; from the perspective of the whole Society, the influence of the political communication on the rural society is analyzed , which, as it is argued, built the static, closed, isolated rural society; from the perspective of the each individual, this part analyzes the political and social psychological influence of the political communication on the individual.Chapter IV analyzes the changes of the political communication model and the nation-integrating model of rural governance system since 1980s. And then, macroscopically and microscopically, this part discusses how the informationization of the society has influenced the model of the nation-integrating in the modern rural society, and the conclusion that the state is transforming its nation-integrating mode from the power-control model to the information-integrated model. The brief summary holds that both the two processes of nation-integrating of the rural society since 1949 are the process of political-communication oriented under central authorities with different contents and the channels, and thus producing the different patterns and effects. With the development of social informationization, the nation-integrating model in rural society has been switching from the power-control model to the information-integrated model. This article at last argues that the operation of the power in the rural china governance is based on the control of political information, and the asymmetry of which between the hierarch and the public insures the sound operation of power.
