On The Moral Responsibility Of The Governmental Policy Decision

With the development of social market economic system and political system, it is a trend for modern political civilization to construct a responsible government .As the loyal delegate of people's right and the effective defender, the responsible government must perform the administrative right of the state, with correctly, effectually and rationally. At the same time, it should undertake the moral responsibility, the politic responsibility, the law responsibility and the administrate responsibility. For a long time, we put stress on the politic responsibility, the law responsibility and the administrate responsibility, less on the moral responsibility. In fact, the moral responsibility is the fundamental responsibility of the government responsibilities. The aggrandizement of governmental moral responsibility helps to promote the reform of politic system and to put an end once and for all to the corruption.In allusion to the policy decision activity of the government, this article analyzes the orientation of the policy decision activity, and puts forward some ethical idea and particular measures to promote the reform of political system .The moral responsibility of the government has great significance for the construction of political civilization.
