Globalization is coming to be an irreversible trend of history when humanbeing enters the 21th century. Globalization make the international relationaship increasing the new content and the new restricting factor, so we must have new thinking and choice. Globalization deepen the relationship of mutual dependent, the opinion of mutual impairing and honouring deepen the hearts of each country, the main melody of international relationship change from the international conflict to the international coorperation. Globalization make the thinking and way different from past. Zero game of chess is decreasing, the principle of wining game of chess become the main trend. And the role of international rules are increasing, which become an important lever of regulating the relationship among the countries. Understanding and reseaching the theory of International mechanism become a trend of international society. Along with the deepening of the trend of globalization and accelerating of china entering into the globalization, it is very important for our country to analyse and examine the existing international mechanism from the view of theory and practice. The opinion of"Harmonious World"become a developing use for reference in order to build a peace and democratic World Order. For the reason of history and reality ,the process is tortuous that china enter into international society and the attitude is a reality gradully process. the urgency and necessary that China enter into the international society is more and more stronge.Along with the deepen of the policy of reforming and opening,peace and development are the main melody of international society.Along with the rising of China,the stragetic that China take part in is moving towards mature.China not only use the international mechanism to defend and extend national stragetic interest,but have a deepen realization to its value.China is not only participation of global international mechanism,but is coming to be creator and guider of regional mechanism.
