The study of Human Capital Pricing is currently hot and frontier both in China and international world. The development and prosperity of modern economics theory historically improve the world economy and human civilization, among which human capital theory is important component,which also dramatically change the development process of economics.On the basis of study on literature relative to human capital pricing, readjusting the research direction, selecting new study view, approaches and train of thinking, this dissertation focus on the study of teachers pricing in higher education institutions, analysing the present situation, designing the index system, putting forward the institutional arrangement and solutions. The study thus further develop the human capital theory and human capital pricing theories view, improving our comprehension toward human capital theory, supporting the human capital pricing problems solutions in non-profit organizations, providing reference for higher education institutions, research workers and managers in the government formulating corresponding policies and systems.The problem of human capital pricing for teachers in higher education institutions is the crucial foundation of human resources allocation between different higher education institutions and between higher education institutions and the society, also the main reason of brain drain in colleges and universities in backward regions such as Northwest and Southwest China. Human capital pricing of entrepreneur is always the focus of both domestic scholars and foreign ones, the issue in urgent need to be solved, while attention to that in various non-profit organizations such as colleges and universities has been neglected since the long time past. Therefore, starting from the general human capital theory, the dissertation takes the problem of human capital pricing in universities as the research target. Based on the theoretical analysis of human capital pricing features, value consisting, forming causes, influencing factors, property rights and pricing system study, the author studies the human capital pricing features, value consisting, property rights, influencing factors, realization necessity & feasibility and pricing system, analyses the current status and existing problems of human capital pricing of higher educational institute teachers, further raises the corresponding institution and policy recommendations.Theoretically, the study on human capital pricing of university teachers is not only a deep discussion on human capital pricing but driving to study on higher-value human capital. Meanwhile, it is also theoretically and practically meaningful for university human capital development, teacher resources allocation and teaching team strengthening, good for promoting the national strategy implementation----"science and education rejuvenating China "&"talent power and prosper Chinaour", and improving the efficiency and level of higher educational institutes.The probable innovation of this dissertaion includes:1. Building up the theoretic analytic frame of human capital pricing of higher educational institutes'teachers; design a common evaluation system of our human capital pricing.2. The premises of university human capital pricing is to establish the component factors of human capital value and then evaluate the value.3. Advancing and arguing the multi-staged dynamic development in evaluation system for assessing the value of the human capital, the corresponding policy meaning is also revealed.4. The university teachers human capital price formulating style is multiple. Based on the "high expectations possessed by the common values of higher education teachers", human capital pricing of higher educational institutes teachers can take "the diversified currency and non-currency way of pricing" means such as salary, bonus, welfare, shares and reward, promotion, reputation and so on.
