Language is an important carrier of splendid culture in a nation, and it is also an importantpart of the national culture. Essentially, it is losing of self-confidence, unyielding spirit and innervalues for the aphasia of Chinese. Chinese education is a kind of necessity of life and cultureeducation, which shoulders the responsibility of communicating national and all culture and toeducating people.Ancient education in China is a mobile course to culture vulture, which is a foreshadowinghiding the back of apparent line of education. The rich in content and diversity in form ofcultural communicating provides many references, but those have many ills, such as closing andnarrow aim of education, separation of oral and writing language, breaking off real social lifeand neglecting knowledge and literature education, ect. The culture communication in modernage in China is under the forces of being compelled and initiative. In this motive course, westernculture with the body of modern scientific technology and traditional culture in China arecolliding, fighting and agitating. Modern Chinese education established the basic of subject andthe aim of value serving social politic and economy, which changed the point of the old Chineseeducation only emphasizing on moral cultivating activities. Chinese education with 100 yearshistory is on the way of searching by setting up the main idea in primary stage of socialism underthe confliction of every kind of ideas. It is a way of instrumentality being stronger and strongerto serve for society and people's livelihood and neglecting Chinese traditional cultureconsciously or unconsciously. Since the May 4th movement, the foundation of vernacular style asmedia of Chinese education has opened the way for Chinese education to choose culture on thelevel of Chinese course standard. Chinese course for fifty years before our public was shown byinheriting of culture vulture and creating modern humanistic spirit, and the choice of Chinesecourse for fifty years since our public has been full of difficulties and perplexity. Since 1990's,Chinese education has stepped into a new way of combination culture with morality in carryingout socialistic advanced culture. The significance of culture is found out gradually and theconsciousness of culture is waken up. Excellent traditional culture shows its new value andsignificance. Chinese education embodies opening culture mental attitude and culture communication becomes one of the main tasks of Chinese education.Culture is not only the historic inertia, spiritual condensation, reflection of real life, construction of people and society, but also a kind of living way of mankind. It is a double-edged sword with positive significance and negative affection. Communication is an action of transferring information and interaction between person and person taking code and media as basic, by which both sides hope changes appear and achieve anticipation. There is a natural tie between communication and education. The culture communication of Chinese education is a course to spread the main culture society advocating and other excellent culture. It is also a course to be familiar with, understand, interact, share and creat all of cultural resource mentioned in Chinese curriculum in the action joined by teacher and students. There are these characters following: the basis of communication function, the comprehensiveness and choice of communication content, variety of communication media and the specificality of communication condition. The choice of culture communication of Chinese education is the demand of noumenon of Chinese, improving Chinese attainment, charming of Chinese and erect person. So it is a practical action taking culture as the foundation support for culture communication of Chinese education.Chinese is one culture through history .Language is the body of Chinese. All of colloquialism, written words, characters, literature and article are the form of language. Culture is the abstraction of language and its form, Chinese shows one body with many forms which takes language as noumenon and takes very form as materializing result. Culture is the abstraction of one body with many forms. People live in a world of symbol and they keep the link to others and the world through the symbol and its system. Symbol is both genetic and cultural transmission code, but also is the medium and carrier of cultural transmission. The content of Chinese performs the three-dimensional foundation from a point to a plane. The role of culture of Chinese curriculum includes"external pushing"and"endogenous", and the application of cultural communication of Chinese education expresses as communication, thinking and culture vulture. Performance of the cultural content of the text is the ascending spiral structure. As a special text of cultural communication, Chinese book has its own unique meaning, value, and cultural content, and its value shows in the following aspects: it is the cultural communication media by which to protect, select, herit and promote national culture and other ethnic national culture to establish the needs of society's mainstream values.Cultural communication of Chinese education is a complete system, which includes the object of communication (context, cultural content), the subject of communication (teachers and students), media (traditional and modern teaching media) and other factors. It is an organized, planned, cultural response and guidance system. The subject of communication has two aspects: the main individual level and organizational level, in which teachers and students is clear and definite. Around culture from the life and serving life they act in the unique way of education. They are cultural communicators at individual level. Besides of these, cultural communicators at individual level also include the parents always concerned about the development of students and social people. All of these constitute the subject system of cultural communication. The subject of communication at the organizational level includes society and school principal. Society is the macro-organizers of education, which proposes the macro-demand and specific implementation to school according its own development plan by the educational manager. And school is the educational organizers in according with national education policy and course goal and has its own organizational system and operation; in the school education framework, class is the micro- organizer of educational activities, it takes educational activity by organization and guidance of teachers and influence on the growth and development of students. The media of culture communication of Chinese education includes traditional media and modern media. In Chinese education, we should take full advantage of the characteristics of various media to effectively promote the process of culture communication. The process of culture communication of Chinese education is not only a process of cultural information communication and exchange, but also a process to promote the healthy development of students. It is a process emphasizing on the responses and function, the positive changes of student.In the culture communication of Chinese education, the communicator with teacher as main body and students collaborate and form the basic pattern of culture communication of Chinese education around cultural information by means of every media. Culture communication is the new form of Chinese education. In general, the text includes three kinds of patterns: reading, interpretation and pleasing to read. And for the culture communication process for students'development, the culture communication patterns include Immersion, acculturation, culture communication pattern dialogue-based, the pattern give priority to receiving and the pattern give priority to perception and experience. The two teachers of Cai Yunzhi and Sulivan from different countries with different cultural background, interpret and cultivate students of the language with love. That gives us a living form of culture communication and gives the culture communication of Chinese education a deep consideration.
