Research On Student's Health Of Constiution In The Perspective Of Life-orientated Education

Secondary education is important to a person's development. The physical health is the basis of the students'growing up healthily and achieving a happy life. In addition, the level of health is an important symbol of social progress. In recent years, the research of physical health problems of young people is more and more extensive and deeper. The quality of school physical education directly affects the harmonious development of adolescents. Physical health education in secondary school is an important part of physical education and is also an important guarantee of students'physical health for lifetime.Education is to train people's activities. All we do in teaching is to promote the formation and development of people. Similarly, the study of health education is inseparable from the understanding of human and human life. In this sense, we can get the ideal construction of a physical health education. Orienting human's life, facing human's life, caring for human's life, lighting up human's life and thriving human's life are the responsibility that physical health education in secondary schools must assume. But the reality is not optimistic. The phenomenon can be seen everywhere that the world and the students' life are split during the implementation of health education in middle school physical education, and thus the education lost the vitality and meaning of life. The educational process must be concerned about the possibility of its implementation of people to make the students'life comprehensive and harmonious, free and full, unique and creative. This is the search for the meaning of human development. Therefore, my study adopts life as the starting point, explains the life education theoretically, describes the value of life meaning in physical health education, and reveals the teaching effectiveness of physical health education under the educational vision based on the life education. All the above can provide new idea for the reform and development of health education in secondary school.My paper is divided into nine chapters.The first chapter is an introduction. Students in our country have many health problems, and the educators need study these problems with full range. Besides this, I also base my paper on the core philosophy of life education and the purpose of physical health in secondary school. After studying the literature, I found no theoretical and empirical study of Physical Health Education under the life educational vision abroad. Although domestic physical health indicators in the initial test of the young students reflect the concept of the life in physical health education, no theoretical and empirical study of Physical Health Education under the life educational vision exists at present. The main purpose of this study is to build Physical Health Education under the life educational vision theoretically and to help teachers in middle school implement physical health education effectively. The significance of this study is to improve the understanding of life education, to establish a new concept of physical education, to deepen the reform of the physical health education and to enhance the quality of school physical education.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study-the statement of life education. In this chapter, (?) introduce the understanding of life, elaborate the meaning of life education and the life-oriented physical health education, and point out the difference between them. It is an inevitable demand to grasp the meaning of life education and its basic philosophy.In the third chapter, after an analysis of the problems in the physical health education in the secondary school, it is stated that physical health education is the basis and guarantee of improving the students'life quality and that its fundamental purpose is to ensure high school students a comprehensive and harmonious development of life. of life an important basis for high school students and ensure that its fundamental purpose is to work for high school students a comprehensive and harmonious development of life. At the same time, it includes physical practice of generative, autonomy, uniqueness and transcendence, in line with the laws of life and growth. And therefore, it is rich in life orientation.In the forth chapter, after the research of physical health test results of Shanghai Middle school, the present physical health status and problems of middle school students in Shanghai is analyzed, and it is put forward that physical health education based on the life education can effectively promote the physical health of middle school students. Meanwhile, through study, the teaching system of physical health education is set up and its effectiveness is proved. Besides, its impact on students' growing up healthily is also discussed in this chapter. In Chapterâ…¤, the theoretical system of the life-oriented physical health education is being set up. The connotation, the aim, and the task of the physical health education are analyzed. Much emphasis is put on the curriculum theory, teaching methodology and environmental theory in this chapter.The sixth chapter is about the evaluation of the physical health education. Considering testing and evaluation of physical health of students beginning to return to the real life of secondary school students, its function has gradually shifted from "proven" to "improve". This chapter also analyzes the testing and evaluation of life-oriented physical health education, and compares the different standards and evaluation methods between China and America, which we can use for reference.Chapterâ…¦focuses on "sunshine sports" and physical health education for students with special needs. "Sunshine sports" is related to the improvement of physical fitness throughout the nation. In this case, life education is an essence. The students with special needs is a special group that we can't ignore, so we must take them into consideration in this study.In Chapterâ…§, a conclusion about Middle School Physical Education is made and the prospect of it is stated.
