Scientific Research Innovation Team Training Mode, Academic Leaders

As the rapid development of academic team construction in university,thefactors which influenced on academic team construction continually appeared.Ithas become an important task to construct a "high standard high quality"academic team.Now,connecting with developed country's advanced higheducation system,perfecting existed university academic team system might bethe main strategy of solving the main problems on university academic teamconstruction. strengthen the research base, and strengthening academicexchanges to strengthen academic leaders to explore four aspects of teambuilding and effective ways and means.In this paper, the introduction part mainly discusses the researchbackground, status and some existing problems in current training model,and thesis writing ideas, research method and innovation. The first chapterfocuses on the ability and the characteristics of their growth stage. Analyzesinteraction between university scientific research innovation team and theacademic leaders from the systematic aspect, trying to outline the growthtrajectory of academic leaders, and interprets the operating mechanism ofacademic leaders training mode using scientific theories. Mainly concerns thedeletion of the present training mode in all aspects through basic characteristics,the historical origins and historical limitations of the innovative research teamin university academic leader training mode, creating a realistic foundation for anew training model in the third chapter. The third chapter tries to made somesuggestions about how to build a new, reasonable academic leader training modefrom the aspects of guiding ideology, the training values and principles,etc.Finally, this article hopes and points out the theoretical significance and valueof innovation of the the introduction of the systematic approach to continuouslyimprove the academic leaders training mode,aiming to develop such academicleaders as to meet the needs of modern times, and to promote the sustainabledevelopment of talents.
