In miniature earth, international competition is fiercer than ever before. The absence of all kinds of outstanding figures, China's international competitiveness is low, the survival and development of Chinese race until today is still not free state. So the only strategy of China is constructing better cultural field enhancing famous teachers' professional happiness,nurturing more all kinds of outstanding figures.Famous teachers in this article have educational philosophy, advanced educational means, educational performance excellence, educational fame far and wide. they include key teachers and leading teachers in and over a county or an urban district, teachers of a special classification, educationists and so on. from the most general sense, happiness refers to the comfort, healthy and enjoyable experience from the object under the guidance of his or her outlook on life, Three elements of happiness are subject, object, comfort, healthy and enjoyable experience from the object. East Asian civilization, Western civilization, or both, their thoughts of happiness can be divided into two categories:one adheres to the concept of emotional well-being hedonistic, one adheres to the concept of happiness sound rational, but religious asceticism happiness belongs to the category of happiness rational sound but extreme form.the research has involved in connotation of concepts of views of happiness and feelings of happiness. the concept of views of happiness refers to the main views on the general well-being. the concept of views of happiness, including individualism and collectivism Happiness categories, is classified and eral in a class society. the concept of feelings of happiness is a comfort, healthy and happy feeling state given by the object. it is a happy expression, its general performance is quiet experience, its high-end performance is peak experience and its alienation performance is Jonah Complex.Happiness is the ultimate pursuit of every person, but also the conditions for the development of life. Happiness of vocational famous teachers refers to their ideals of being able to realize the ease of psychological experience, it is a pleasant experience, a spiritual, creative, giving nature.Famous teachers' professional happiness index is 75.91, in the range of 21 to 105, the average happiness index is a weak upper level, but on the whole is not high.. Further analysis showed: famous teachers' career in the professional state of mind happiness index weakest point, losing a rate of 32.30%; followed by health factor, the loss fractio is 31.63%; the third factor is sufficient energy, the loss fraction 31.55%; the fourth as a career to meet the (career interest) factor, the loss fractio is 29.60%; the fifth factor for the relaxation and tension, the loss fractio is 24.04%; finally, emotional control factor, and its rate of loss of points 23.60%%; 6 factors in the average loss fractio is 27.71%.Taking into account famous teachers development from the ordinary teachesrs, so the research arranged the comparative study of occupational well-being between famous teachers and ordinary teachesrs:famous teachers' overall professional happiness index is 75.91, while the average teachers'to 68.48; famous teachers' overall professional happiness index in the upper range, while the average teachers' in the middle range, the difference is extremely significant. In the constraints of the main factors of 6 happiness, the famous teachers' are better than ordinary teachers'.The research arranged the comparative study of occupational well-being between famous teachers and level cadres, famous teachers' overall professional happiness index is 75.91, while the level cadres for 65.00, famous teachers' overall professional happiness index in the superior range, and level cadres' in the middle level of the range, famous teachers' professional well-being is significantly higher than the overall level cadres', the difference is extremely significant. The reason is:in six career happiness factors, the famous teachers and the level cadres in the energy sufficient and vocational interests, the difference is not significant; in good health, occupation state of mind, emotional control, relaxation and tension, the difference extremely significant, in which famous teachers' professional state of mind more than level cadres', followed by relaxation and tight terms of career, physical health again, finally, emotional control, the famous teachers' is more than level cadres'.To achieve personal happiness involves in practice at least, the individual practice results determined by the cultural field, Therefore, to achieve personal happiness requires three conditions, one condition:the event itself since into a purpose; second condition:the results of the value of self-sufficiency activities; third condition:a good cultural field.From the internal perspective, famous teachers' professional well-being of the internal constraints include the famous teachers' own specific "Heart", "Health", "Talent ", " Moral ", "Power" and other factors. Therefore, the internal measures for famous teachers' further enhancing their level of professional happiness are: the cultural state of mind constantly updating their state, effectively upgrading their physical and mental health, and effectively enhancing their own professional ethics, the intentions of conservation on their skills attainment, continuing to play their subjective dynamic roles.In order to further improve our famous teachers' professional happiness, the external measures are: first, to give up the evaluation model through students' (further education) examination results evaluation famous teachers' performance; Secondly, to reduce famous teachers'workload, so that famous teachers from excessive and too many chores freed evaluation; again, to improve famous teachers'working conditions, in particular to build a generous famous teachers'psychological environment; again, to truly improve the famous teachers' professional treatment, the level of remuneration and benefits should be sufficient to enable them with the appropriate officials or employees of social status unchanged; Finally, the reality to construct from a culture of respecting teachers, the "teachers first" to be implemented to attract and retain the teachers in the teaching profession for life.In order to improve the level of famous teachers' professional well-being, the authorities should provide "a good school teachers'cultural ecology," " famous teachers' health and nursing care leave", "studios for famous teachers", " famous teachers'mentoring", " famous teachers' Sharons" and the effective carriers to ensure the famous teachers' professional well-being separately from the artifacts level, system level, the spiritual and cultural level prosperity. To this end, our country and community has a responsibility:to build a culture field out off the world and achieving famous teachers' career happiness into the world; to build a culture field other side and achieving famous teachers' career happiness this side; to build a culture field of inaction and achieving famous teachers' career happiness of action.
