In 1994, professionalized leagues began to be practiced in China. From then on seventeen years has passed by. During the period, Football of China has ever a brilliant performance, and also failed frequently to attempt to qualify for the World Cup finals; not only player's scandals continues and false, gambling, and black are prevalent, but also fake news about football is a constant problem; the authority of Chinese Football Association(CFA) is not above suspicion, and CFA can't deal with the relationship between CFA and the media, and the media is constantly forced out by CFA; administrative power at different levels have their fingers into football; the conflicts of interest between football club and CFA are keeping on. Facing with the situation we can't help asking that why the order of football of China in is chaos. Through the study on the case it can undoubtedly stimulate our sociological imagination, provide us a platform to have a deeper understanding of Chinese society, and offer help to construct a harmonious social order during the process of establishing socialist market economic system. The author understands the chaos coupled with football as a kind of"dualistic order"and account for the reason from the sociological perspective, in which social disagreement conceals under"claim on rights"(statements), and although actors develop the other"distribution of interests"(It is"practice". It could be legal and justice, or otherwise) operating in practice to parallel with statements, but it is not the consensus from the group of conflicting interests, so the"practice"does no good to social integration. With regard to the research about relationship between interest and social order, social practice theory has received much attention from domestic academic research due to transcending'binary opposition'. Based on accepting the thought of game in it, under the circumstances of Chinese culture the research makes some adjustment about the connotation and appliance of the conceptual tools. The author makes use of the model of sociological supply and demand originating from Bourdieu, and puts the football at the social space of China to examine interest games in football. The author collects materials by means of interview, participant observation and documentations. In the theory the professional football is firstly regarded as a field (an analytical concept). Then the research is spread out according to the logic of concept of field. It is found that there exist such kinds of actors as CFA or Chinese Football Sports Administrative Center (CFSAC), local governments, enterprises and companies (investors, sponsors, and promoters), football clubs, media and football fans. They each pay attention to different interests. Economic capital, cultural capital, relation and relation-political capital existing in the field are the tools used by the actors in the interest games. Thus the actors show up such logic of practice as the logic of economic of power of CFA, the administrative logic of local governments, the logic of economic exchange of enterprises and companies, the logic of survival of football clubs, the commercial logic of media, the logic of life of football fans. Through the study on the logic it is also found that economic interest conflicts taking the lead place between the CFA and football clubs and its investors, interest conflicts stemming from the different cognition about the value and meaning of football between the CFA and the media, and interest conflicts springing from mismatching between demand and supply as a whole. It is just such factors that interest conflicts, political capital playing a leading distinctive role and the capacity of capitals codetermine the order existing in the field of professional football of China, and thus handicap the sound development of football of China.Through the positive analysis the author holds that"dualistic order"existing in the field of football of China is a kind of"local order". Whether it could be transformed into stable and normal order or not depends on three conditions. One is that administrators at high levels have the determination and action to readjust the old orders and interest structure. The other is whether the new cognition and construction about the value and meaning of the football is in line with mainstream of social ideology. The last one is the degree of involvement of justice and the intensity of the fighting against football crime. All these have in common that they belong to reform propelled by government. Efforts to promote highlight the confidence and determination of government to develop cultural industry in the following two aspects: to what extent could the government delegate powers to lower levels and how does the government establish new channels for expressing interests. The research has some practical significance in cognizing'The Chinese Experience'. During the course of the development of socialist market economy, great attention should be paid to social problems arising from the unbalance of interest and the rapture of interest. It's necessary to construct new social orders through establishing efficient mechanism of balance of interest. The mechanism is based on two logical assumptions. The value presetting points at the destination and value of the adjustment about the structure of interest in the certain field. It represents a kind of normative cognition. Then the tool presetting points at the circumstances and dynamic issues. It represents a kind of instrumental cognition.
