Because the concept of education was confused, ossified and mistaken, it was alienated as pure knowledge and skills without the origin of educational purpose in a long time in China, which induced serious imbalance in utility values and humanistic values consciously or unconsciously. In the background of human values was emphasized the choice of education purpose values must be given a clear humane spirit. Therefore, in the view of sociology, pedagogy and culture, this paper studied life care in physical education curriculum of America, in order to find the result of why it important to give the human values in the utilitarian pursuit in the spiritual realm of human society. And it is also the answer to the issues in the reform of physical education curriculum in China. Therefore this paper was divided into four parts to discuss.The first part is the basic of "life care" physical education curriculum. The organic connection in essence of human life, the value of physical education curriculum, and the development of human is the basic of the curriculum. From the view of learner's " Three in one" life, included natural life, spiritual life and social life, this paper presented the demands of the value of human and the development of human society by judging whether the value of life was enhanced from subjectivity, personality, and social development.The second part is the type of "life care" physical education curriculum. In the process of the "Adventure Education"," Sport Education"," Fitness Education"," Integrated Education", the teachers pay attention to the natural, spiritual and social life of learns,in order to make the learns develop themselves through the different main-themes curriculums in different periods in study.The third part is nature of "life care" physical education curriculum. The physical education curriculum in American primary and secondary schools has three natures. The social nature depends on dependence on human itself, dependence on material, free individual character, the educational nature achieves the rational allocation of resources and provide the project of education through control, accountability, communication, promotion, training, and leadership, the cultural nature focuses on personal values, freedom and equality, exploit and competition, utility Sense, compatible wrap.The fourth part is enlightenment of "life care" physical education curriculum. The enlightenment of the bondage of social form, the reverse of educational purpose, and the misunderstanding of culture value from the "life care" curriculum tells us to emphasize the establishment of "full development of humans" educational goals and "life care" human value, reflect on the reasons of the humanism flaw rather than study the simple learning from other curriculum models and standards in physical education curriculum reform in our country.
