School physical education curriculum can not only teach students basic knowledge and basic skills of sports, improve the physical quality of the students, promote the development of physical and mental health of students, develop the habit of lifelong physical exercise and cultivate good quality students of unity and cooperation, hard work, love, collectivism spirit, intellectual, moral and aesthetic training can also be carried out through it, develop students’ personality. At the same time, the development of physical education depends on the development of society, and promote the development of society. Therefore, it is necessary to put the physical education curriculum in the social system, combining with the theory of human and social. This research is not only the need of the development of sports science, but also the need of the construction of the theory of physical education and the reform and development of physical education curriculum. It can not only opened up a new world of theory for the construction of sports discipline, but also open up broad intellectual background for the development of physical education curriculum, at the same time, but also for the physical education curriculum reform under the guidance of the humanism provides theoretical guidance and policy support.The research process of this paper mainly uses literature method, historical research method, comparative analysis method, theory of interpretation of law research methods, in Marx’s theory of human development, human centered theory, sports science and physical education curriculum theory, pedagogy and curriculum and teaching theory, sociology and other theory perspective, from the perspective of humanism, on the construction and reform of physical education curriculum were in-depth study and discussion. Firstly on the base of the people under the care of physical education curriculum reform and theory basis of, on our previous sports curriculum reform were careful thinking, analyzes its causes, and on the current situation of the physical education curriculum and attribution of. Then it puts forward and elaborates on the people under the care of Physical Education Curriculum reform "12345 paradigm"; Finally, the prospect of the reform of physical education curriculum is prospected.This study considers:1.Behind the reform of physical education in our country has its root cause and significance of the times. It is closely related to the occurrence of social change, the renewal of educational policy and the change of value idea. Reformed because the teaching of physical education course in our country widespread teaching ideas ignore life ontology, obliterate the student individuality of teaching process, take the knowledge as the standard of teaching content boring, alienation of teacher-student relationship, classroom management, suppressed freedom of students, teaching elements from the problem of the realistic life. Its roots, one of which is the philosophy of education, namely the absence of humanism philosophy for social humanism; the second is the value orientation of education, humanistic value orientation of lost; the third is the education goal, namely to human subject curriculum target offset; four is object of education, in the digestion of the integrity of the people.2.In the current China’s new social and educational situation, the humanistic concept of reflection and physical education curriculum reform is imperative, so that the ideal of curriculum construction and need to build a theme, two unification,three dimensions, four levels and five standards, including "12345 paradigm", namely a theme: physical education curriculum should with the all-round development of people is the ultimate goal. The teaching process of physical education curriculum is to promote the harmonious development of students’ physical and mental health, which is to promote the development of students, to become a complete person’s development process. The two unity: realize the dialectical unity of the all-round development of people and the needs of social development, strong physique and healthy personality.On the basis of meeting the needs of society, the freedom to release, the development of personality, to maximize the value of individuals, to enjoy the personal happiness, achievement and happiness. Three dimensions: refers to the organic combination of the"length"(time), "thickness"(content) and "height"(quality) of the solid frame supported by the teaching reform of Physical Education Curriculum. The effective convergence of the length of the sports curriculum time-- each school physical education curriculum, content of physical education curriculum, the selectivity of curriculum content and rich thickness, physical education curriculum grade height--influence of internalization to the students to form healthy personality. Four levels: the core of physical education courses to cultivate the quality of the system. Based on Maslow’s need hierarchy theory as the basis, the physical education curriculum should cultivate physical literacy to meet young people’s physiological, security needs, foster social literacy to meet the young people love and belonging needs and respect the need to, cultivate the professional literacy to meet the needs of self realization and cultivate human accomplishment to meet young people thirst for knowledge and beauty needs to understand, in order to achieve robust human society, sports people, free people "comprehensive evolution. Five standards: highlighting the effect of physical education curriculum should be "the five major standards" of "knowledge,emotion,will,behavior and healthy".This is the action program of the construction and reform of the physical education curriculum.3.The reform of Physical Education Curriculum under the "12345 paradigm" should be oriented towards integration, innovation and human culture. In this regard, we from 10 aspects of the thought of physical education curriculum, teaching objectives of physical education, P. E curriculum teaching structure, physical education curriculum teaching content, teaching organizational form of physical education curriculum, teaching method in the course of sports, physical education curriculum evaluation system, sports curriculum teachers team construction, physical education facilities construction, the construction of sports legal system to innovation of physical education curriculum, make it really become a door to realize man’s comprehensive development and meet the social development need to dialectical unity of strong physical education curriculum.
